Katie's POV

The plane was about to land, and I thought back over the last few months. I had been doing real well at uni. I loved my classes and had made a ton of friends. The classes were tough, and I had to do a lot of writing, but I definitely loved being at uni. I loved living with Aileen, and we had a ton of fun together.

I had been exercising a lot, which kept my mind off of Niall. I ran at seven am at least four times a week, and when I had free time, I went down to the dance studio across from the dormitory I was staying in. I practiced my dance steps, and it made me feel free. Even with all the constraint of Irish dancing, I never felt better than when I could hear my hard shoes banging across the wooden floor.

I, of course, missed my family, even though they were only about an hour away from the university. Patrick was great to have around, though. We had always been close, and it was great to be around him so much.

I missed Niall like crazy. We skyped a few times, and texted everyday, all day. He got back to London two weeks ago from the tour, but I was too busy with school to have him come visit. I had finally realized how much he meant to me.

I would  be spending the next week in London with Niall. He was picking me up at the airport. I took my suitcase from the overhead bin and exited the plane. I slung my purse over my shoulder and walked out of the terminal.

I came to the area where he would be picking me up, and I stopped for a moment when I first saw him. I just took in how perfect he was. His face lit up with a smile as his pace quickened towards me. I dropped my purse and luggage and closed the gap between us. He picked me up in a hug, and I gave him a good, long kiss. He set me back down, and I saw his tears. I wiped them away with my thumb.

"Niall! You're crying!"

"It's just, it feels absolutely amazing to have you in my arms again." He said, wiping away my own tears. My face broke into a bigger smile, if that was even possible. He took my suitcase and held my hand as we made our way to the car.

We were safely in the car. "So what's on our calenders this week?" I asked him.

"Well, tonight's Friday, right? We're going to dinner at Zayn's house tonight. Everyone's coming; the boys, Danielle, Eleanor, and Abby. They are all so excited to see you again!"

"Woah, woah, woah, woah, woah." I stopped him.

"Yea?" He was confused.

"Who in the living hell is Abby?"

"Oh, it's Harry's girlfriend."

"Who's girlfriend?"

"I know. Never thought I'd see the day where Harry settled down with a girl. He's been kinda screwy since Caroline, but now he's got Abby. She lives in London, and they met in a coffee shop when we had a break a few weeks ago. She's a real sweet girl. You'll like her."

"Alright, now that the shock is almost over, what else is going on?"

"Tomorrow, we're going to a wedding in the afternoon, and then obviously, the reception after."

"Who?"

"Uh, it's for someone at the studio. Like someone high up."

"Oh, alright."

"Then, we're pretty free the rest of the week, you know, to do whatever."

"Sounds great." I said as we rolled into the driveway of his flat. We went upstairs. I changed into skinny jeans, a blue Ralph Lauren polo, and my red Toms. I straightened my hair and threw my gray Burberry jacket on before we headed over to Zayn's place.
