Trey's P.O.V.

Slowly coming down from my high, I looked at my phone to see a surprising text.

Kayla: Hey.. I got your flowers, they were beautiful. And yes, we should at least be friends. Maybe we could talk or something later, okay? Have a good day. :)

Both of my eyebrows shot up and my breath hitched. A small smile then crept onto my face.

"Maybe there's hope for us." I mumbled to myself.

"Didn't know y'all Xavier niggas be talking to themselves." Bash said with a dumbass grin.

"Yeah yeah, technically you from X too, so chill." I said, smirking.

"Mhm, Sean says that your aim is really good. Think you ready for a job?" he said, lifting a brow at me.

"It's whatever mann." I said, taking a long pull of my joint.

"What's the job?" I asked as we pulled up to some house that looked run down.

"I need you to collect some money for me. If he doesn't have my stuff, kill him." he said, nonchalantly, causing my heart to skip a beat.

I clenched my jaw and looked into the abandoned yard. "You sure someone lives here?" I asked.

"What happen? Are you scared?" he said twisting the silencer on his gun, then handed it to me. 'Ughhh, I guess I'm doing this.' I thought to myself as I exited the car.

I slowly crept through the yard. I finally reached the filthy porch, the horrible stench caused my eyes to water. 'What the fuck.' I thought to myself as I started pounding on the door. Not too long after, a strung out lady came to the door. She looked like skin and bones-- clearly a junkie. I examined her, if she wasn't so hooked on drugs she could've been a model or something. She's beautiful, reminds me of my moms.

"Can I help you?" she asked, dryly.

"I'm looking for Tim." I said, blankly.

"Who's at the door?" a scratchy voice demanded from inside the house.

"Someone's here to see you." she turned inside to yell back, with some attitude.

"Are you here to bring more powder?" she said, holding herself. I gave her a cold stare and nodded my head. "Come inside." she said, moving away from the door.

The stench inside the house was worst than outside. Tons of garbage and bottles were strewn across the floor.

"Who are you?" a man said, sitting on a dirty couch with a girl going down on him. I shuddered a bit.

"I'm here to collect for Cruz." I said coldly.

He laughed. "Aren't you a little too pretty to be doing things for Cruz? He must be real desperate, weird ass." he mumbled the last part. He threw his head back as the girl continued pleasuring him.

"Do you have the shit or not?" I asked, clearly annoyed.

"Ha! You're still here? Get out my face man." he said, laughing.

Calm down Trey. A sinister smile crept onto my face as I thought about the things that could happen in here.

"What you smiling for fool?" the man sneered.

I turned to the lady who was at the door and whispered, "If you go in the room, turn the tv up loud, and pretend like you didn't know or see anything, I will personally bring you some product." she smirked and did exactly what I said.

"What did you say to my wife?!" he screamed, pushing the girl of off him and getting up. Just then, two more men came out of thin air. I smirked. "Get the fuck out my house!" he screamed. I turned to walk away. Unfortunately, I decided to be a good boy and didn't do anything stupid. "Tell Cruz to send someone real, and this wannabe Taino look ain't popping for you, lil bitch." he spat, causing me to smirk harder.
