Chapter- 11

We began for johns house.

It was getting late, and the sun was beginning to set. I also wanted to decline laf's request of going over to johns and not staying the night. He said if john didn't want us over, then we'd stay downstairs anyways. His dad was nice after all so he wouldn't care. As we arrived to his house, my eyes darted from behind us. Peggy hopped out of the car and it drove away. I laughed at that. I totally ship peggy and john.

But, they were best friends and that could totally ruin their friendship. Herc knocked on the door with laf close behind. Not loud enough to make the dog bark or wake john. The door opened to a tall man. He wore a smile that stayed plastered.

"Hello gentlemen, and girl," He laughed at the last part and peggy giggled a little, holding both of her hands politely in front of her."John is still sleeping upstairs but you can chill in the front room, or go upstairs with him. It doesn't matter. I do need a lot of people to handle him." He smiled and we all walked in one by one. I quickly but quietly ran upstairs. Peggy behind me on my trail.

John lay on his side. Snoring and saying slurring words in between breaths. I wanted to gasp at the sight of him being so cute. But that would mean i have to gasp every second, every month, and every year. I could handle it. I can handle anything. But john is just my friend and only my friend.

"Johnny boy is snoring' how adorable, right hamfam?" Peggy nudged my arm and i gave her a 'Really?' Sorta look."Wow ok." I laughed a little. I walked over and sat down in the bean bag chair beside his bed. Peggy grabbed her phone out and layed on the carpet, a couple lengths away from me.

I don't know what this feeling is. Every time i see john my heart just stops. Is it hate? Love? He's not a bad person, he's a decent, pure, child that just needs all the attention in the world given to him. It's not like he's not cute either. He's the most precious thing i've ever seen. His freckles are the key to his cuteness, I swear. I really hope we become best friends. i'm hoping to have a real best friend anyways. All my other friends are just considered friends. And besides, I haven't been the real me in a while. Laf said i've been more quiet, and that's something i couldn't argue with. He's right, after all.

I heard a swift shake in the bed beside me. I looked over to see john stirring awake. He was groaning all the while, while stretching. Awe. He rubbed his eyes and yawned, trying to gain his normal eyesight again.

"Alexander?" He asked a little shocked. I climbed beside him and he flinched."I don't want you getting sick.." He murmured yawing again. His hair was sticking out everywhere and his lime green shirt hung off his shoulder. Exposing his tank top and shoulder skin.

"It's fine john, I'll be fine." I crisscrossed and put my hands in my lap.

"Then it'll be my fa-" I cut him off with my finger, i felt the hotness in his face.

Peggy walked over and plopped down in the bean bag chair beside him as well."Wait.. You too?" He asked crossing his arms.

"Yep johnny. Also herc and laf, they are down stairs though." She drifted off with a warm smile.

Suddenly john sneezed and it sounded like a kitten. He backed away a little and hugged his knees."Sorry" He looked down into his legs and sighed.

"Nothing to be sorry over, anyways. I'll be right back."She hopped out and traveled downstairs. I watched until i could no longer make out the long wavy curls of her hair, then turned to john.

"So.. um" He began. I scooted closer to him and hugged his waist. Burying my face in the hem of his shirt."Alexander hamilton, seriously your pushing it." He groaned with a serious face.

"Your adorable when your mad." I said. Which made him blush even harder.

"Alexander stop it! I don't want you sick!" I heard him sniffle and glanced up. His eyes were puffy."John, are you ok?" I asked bringing my hand to his face. He slowly grabbed it and put it down.

"Yes, i really care about you.. So don't do this.." he murmured."Your right john i'm so sor-" I quickly grabbed his waist and started tickling him all of a sudden. He giggled loudly and tried to push my hands away but i was too strong.

"A-alexand-ander Stop i-it" He laughed even harder. I could hear his cute hiccups as well. I softly jumped on top of him and began to tickle under his arms. He giggled loudly and snorted. I almost fell off the bed from laughing so hard. This boy is truly adorable.

His breath hitched when i found his weak spot. So i let him go and he wouldn't stop laughing.

"Johnny calm down." I laughed.

"Alexander-" He hiccuped."You can't just come here and tickle me to death, i still have so much to live for." I sighed at that. He was so ridiculously funny.

"At least your happy now" I shrugged.

After John calmed down it began to get quiet, and too quiet to be exact. It was like this for a while. The only sound was the annoying ringing noise in my ears. I didn't like it."Wanna go downstairs alex?" I jumped at his sudden words.

"Sure." I smiled and we hopped back downstairs. I bit my lip and looked at him. He's so beautiful. I smiled and laughed to myself, shaking my head.

He noticed and smiled back.

Then he stopped."Alex." He breathed out, our eyes meeting.

"Ye john?" I asked.

"Thanks for being there for me, or.. My friend at least." He warmly laughed.

I didn't say anything. I brought him into a warm soothing comfortable hug. I wish i could stay like this forever.
