Calum-

"I need your help," you told Calum when he walked up to you.

"Morning to you too," he chuckled and handed you the coffee that he brought for you.

You worked at the record company as the secretary and Calum always hung out in the lobby when he wasn't recording. "I may have told my mother that I was dating someone from work."

He nodded. "And you did that because?"

"She won't stop trying to set me up on blind dates. She claims that she knows what kind of guy I want to date, but all of them have been boring and know absolutely nothing about music producing. One of them went so far as to tell me that if we got married, he would require that I quit my job because I would be far too busy being a housewife."

Calum winced. "That's definitely not you."

"Exactly, so I was hoping you would go to dinner with me and parents tomorrow night and pretend to be my boyfriend?" You gave him your best puppy-dog eyes. "Please!"

"Why not ask Luke or Ashton?" He asked.

"Because you are one of my best friends and I might have told them your name." You grimaced. "I know I'm asking a lot from you."

"I'll help out." He smirked. "On one condition."

"Name it," You said without hesitation.

"You go out on a date with me this weekend."

You looked at him in shock. "What?"

"If I'm going to be your boyfriend, I will need to take you out on dates," he shrugged. "We got to make it look believable."

"Okay," you smiled at me. "Okay, if you pretend to be my boyfriend for me, I'll agree to the date."

"Great," he kissed your cheek and started walking to the elevator. "And who says I'll pretend?" He winked at you before getting into the elevator.

Ashton-

"Let me get this straight," you crossed your arms at your friend and leaned against the kitchen counter. "You need someone to pretend to be your girlfriend in public so that no one finds out about the girl you are actually dating."

"Yes," he said putting his head in his hands. "I've already talked to her and she agrees that we should see where the relationship is going and then we will make the announcement to the world. But, I can't say I'm in a relationship without evidence. Please, (Y/N)," he pleaded.

"Why me?" You asked. "Why not someone else?"

"Because you and I have tried dating and both agreed that we were better off as friends. So I know that if I fake date you, you won't be broken hearted when I call it off."

You nodded. "This is true. You are more like a brother to me. Who says you'll call it off? What if I want to call it off?"

"Are you saying you'll do it?" He looked at you hopefully.

You sighed. "Yeah, I'll help you out. You owe me though."

"Thank you!" He got up and hugged you. "Whatever you want in return, let me know."

You chuckled. "I'll let you know, in the meantime, can we please get back to our movie night?"

Luke-

"Are you ready to order?" The waitress came back, her pen and paper where still in her apron. She had a small smile on her face.

"Not yet," you returned her soft small. "I'm sure he is almost here, though."
