Someday

I can't be with you.
But if you only knew.
The reason I stay away.
Is a price I'm willing to pay.
My heart may not agree.
On why this must be.
That after every fight.
You say we are alright.

I can't take it no more.
I packed to the last drawer.
I just wish you could see.
What your words do to me.
And this might not be our end.
But now you are just my friend.
Who knows, maybe one day.
We can try again someday.
