My Sanity

You give me the strength I need.
To not be the monster I don't want freed.
But when you said goodbye to me.
I said goodbye to my sanity.
You were my happiness.
That turned into heaviness.
There's a lot of pain for me to hide.
It'd be better if I felt nothing inside.
