Drink, Kiss, Cry

I've been speaking with many tongues.
To replace the feel of your air in my lungs.
Drinking every night with different partners.
Getting tangled up with forgettable strangers.
Drink, kiss, cry then repeat.
Until I stumble over my feet.
Into a bed that's not always mine.
Then wake up and convince everyone I'm fine.
When they see us together throughout the day.
No longer lovers but friends in a strange way.
I'm here craving to breathe your air.
I'm aware of the pain we share.
