You broke me,
tore through me,
smashed my thoughts to pieces,
and made my brain run askew.
When you are near,
my head grows fuzzy,
and my stomach jumps
and none of my thoughts make sense.
They jumple all together,
as I try to remember the train of thought
which just ran off the rails.
I can't focus.
You broke all of my sense
and logic side of the brain.
Your breath and dark eyes
make me turn into a puddle of nonsense.
But you fixed me.
My heart which was once a piece of broken glass,
now is strong once more,
ready to feel again.
Though my thoughts are scattered
and my stomach is a jumble
my heart beats strong.
You fixed me with your quiet glances,
soft laughter,
gentle hands,
and your heart.
You broke me,
but fixed me.
Thank you.
