I just want the darkness to swallow me,

so I don't have to feel.

I just want to become faded in the background,

so I won't be remembered.

I just want the tide of night to take me,

so I can sleep without dreams.

I just want to sit alone,

so no one has to worry about me.

I just want to disappear

from this life,

and vanish without a trace.

I want to be forgotten,

so I will not cause pain.

I want to be discarded,

so I don't leave my mark on anyone.

I just want to be

alone

so I cannot hurt anyone.

I don't want to cause anyone any pain

I don't want to cause anyone to worry

I don't want to be me anymore.

I just want to darkness to swallow me,

so I can finally be free.
