Why do we always believe what other people think?
We assume they're right
We never take a second to check their answer
We're copying them
When people tell you your ugly, do you ever check their work?
Do you ever disagree with them?
We need to chalange their authority, look them square in the face and say "You're wrong"
If you were doing a group project with them, you would question their authority.
You would look up the answer and prove your worth,
prove that they're wrong and you're rightBut when you cheat on a test, you can't ask them if they're sure thats the right answer
You just have to trust them
When we accept the pain and lies others tell, we're cheating ourselves
They could be the dumbest person you know but they would make you do a double take in the mirror
You give them all the power when you cheat
You give them the confidence, the feeling of authority
But what they feel is the absence of authority
It doesnt matter how you feel.
They think that you gave them all the power
You cheated and so now you have to gamble something much more precious then a bad grade
You're putting yourself at risk
But why would you cheat if you risk losing everything?
Because you were never sure of the answer in the first place.
