PROLOGUE
Shay all her life has never been in the "it crowd" at school or been known to be one of the "popular" kids at school. She always tended to do her own thing and tried to ignore others because they thought "she was wierd" or "not skinny enough" to be cool. It never phased her because she was happy and content with herself, just the way she is. Her life was very uneventful; get up, go to college, eat dinner with her family, study, and sleep. She grew up in a small town just outside of North Carolina called Corolla, which she loved dearly, but one day it came to her, "Was this were I wanted to be the rest of my life? Or is there something else out there? I'm tired of sitting around waiting, I want an adventure!"
