Harry and I were making slight conversation in the car, small talk. Thank god though for the slight noise from the radio or it would have been too quiet at certain times in the car. But Harry tried his best to make the conversation light and happy, not awkward. It worked for the most part.
I was starring out my window looking at my surroundings. Wow. This city seems so upbeat and hyper, but at the same time it gives off a very mello and layed back vibe. It really was the perfect mix. We drove past many small shops and boutiques and I silently reminded myself that I really needed to make some time to come out and shop for some new clothes and also, for some little trinkets for the house. Since I haven't even been in Los Angeles for a week, I've barely seen any of the city. I've just been upacking and hanging out with Harry and the other boys. Though, in no way am I complaining. Those boys are so fun to be around, they always manage to make you laugh. I hope to hangout with all of them soon again, I could see us all becoming close.
I didn't realized that I had tuned out of the conversation until Harry nudged my thigh with his hand.
"Shay. Shay. Were almost there, only like 5 more minutes." I turned my head to look at him and he was looking out at the road.
"Yep, sounds good." I was still nervous, but not much anymore. Harry is very sweet and charming, exactly the opposite of what I would have pegged him to be like, if I'm honest. I think he could tell I was nervous and that's why he tried to make conversation, but didn't push it when we had eventually stopped.
"Okay, I want you to close your eyes and don't open them up until I tell you okay?" Harry asked, while turning his head to look at me briefly. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion.
"Why?" I questioned.
"Because I said so. It's a secret and I don't want you to see where were going until we get there, okay?" I was still unsure of if I should or not.
"Okay, seriously Shay were going to be there in less than 5 minutes. Would you like it to be a suprise or not?" With that I shot my hand up to cover my eyes and Harry immediately laughed.
"Okay, okay. I'm only doing this because I like suprises." My hands were covering my eyes, but I could bet you Harry was definitley smirking. Harry let out a deep chuckle and I felt the car come to a stop.
"Can I open my eyes now, Harry?"
"Nope, not yet." I heard his door open and shut. Then shortly after I felt the warm air fill the car and felt his hand take mine.
"Take my hand, I'm going to guide you to where were going." He helped me out of the car, just like he said and secured his grip on my hand.
"And don't you dare peek." He told me. I just laughed .
" I won't I promise." With that we came to a stop and he detatched his hand from mine. I felt his presense to my right, then he shifted and spoke.
"Alright, remove your hands and open your eyes." I did as he told me and started to slowly move my hands down from my eyes. I immediately felt this feeling of excitement and anxiousness come over me.
We were all alone inside what seemed to be a warehouse type of building and in the very middle of the whole place there was a single table. The table was brown with a cream colored doile drapped over top of it and there were candles. Two candles, strategically placed on opposite sides of the small flower vase that was in the middle of the table and the lights were slightly dimmed and there was a faint humming of music in the back round.
Man this boy was a romantic, I loved it. It's sad to say it out loud but I'm a sap for everything and anything romanticy or lovey. I'm all for it and this. Well this, made me grow a little fonder of the boy that's standing off to my side.
