Chapter 17

In the car ;

Jakes pov : I started to play some of my drakes playlist , but not to loud since we had Jax in the car. " what do you wanna eat " I ask Erika while I stop at a red light ..... " hmm whatever you want " she says as she scrolls through her Instagram. " t-bell it is " I say as I start driving ... when we get there I walk over to Erika's door and open it for her ... then I open the back door to unbuckle Jax's car seat so we can take it in. I grab it and we walk in. With me and Erika's fingers interlocked. I told Erika to go find a seat since I already knew what she wanted... I mean we come here often . I order and wait for the food and drinks . Then we It was ready I took it to where Erika and Jax was. I set the food down and then sat down across from Jax and Erika. We began  eating . I was half way done when I look over at Jax and see him staring at me with a smile , I smile back then stand up , I lean over and pick Jax up from his seat and say him on top my lap. I have a a little tiny piece of my taco. He was making a mess eating it though. Erika grabbed her phone and took a picture . It was a mess but also it was so adorable . " aww Jax buddy " I say as I get some wipes out of the diaper bag and start to wipe his hands and face. He laughs at my actions and then Erika does to. We finish up eating and then headed home .

I have Jax a bath changed his clothes and diaper while Erika was taking a shower in her bathroom. Right after I was done I put Jax to sleep then went to take a shower as well . When I was finished I came out of my bathroom and Erika wasn't there. I walked over to her room and she was asleep. So I laid down next to her and she immediately put her arms around my waist. I just laughed at how tired she was.

The next morning ;

Still jakes pov ; I woke up to my phone ringing , I picked it up and answered it. It was manager kev . " yo jake where are you , your suppose  o be at the airport already " he shouted through the phone. I totally forgot . " oh shit I'm sorry I'll be there in half an hour " " on the point jake " he says back as I hang up . I look over at Erika who was now awoke and looking at me curiously . " babe I gotta go to New York today " I say to her as I try to be civil . I totally forgot that I had to go today . I forgot to write it on my calendar , and most importantly I forgot to tell Erika . She looked kind of sad . She just looked away . " baby I'm sorry " I say as I scoot next to her and gently tug her waist . " I forgot I had to leave today " I say and I lay next to her " I won't go if you don't want me to " I say as I kiss her neck . I know her weaknesses . She's very ticklish and just as I thought , she turned over as she was laughing . I put my head in the crook of her neck . With my arms around her . " I'll stay here " I say "nope" she says I look up at her . " how long are you staying there " she asks . " 3 weeks " i answer . " awww baby I'm gonna miss you " she says as she hugs me tight . " what are you gonna do there for 3 weeks " . She says as she plays with my hair. " uhh business meetings and this show thing " " aww " . " I gotta get ready now " I say as I get up . She gets up to and jumps into my arms . " I'll miss you baby " she says as she hugs me tight. " I'll miss you to princess " I say as I gently grab her head and pick her lips. He releases from the hug then kisses me . I smile as I walk to my room and she walks to Jax's . I get ready and then packed. I had 15 mins left . So I brought my suit case and my carry on to Jax's room were Erika and Jax was. Erika brought Jax to me " bye buddy " I say as I kiss his forehead . " we can FaceTime every night " I say , as I look over to Erika while she's laughing . " what's so funny " I say as I put Jax in his crib . I walk over to Erika and grab onto her waist . " the fact that he's 7 months and doesn't know how to work a phone " she says as she laughs more. " you know what I'm talking about " I say and I look down at her. Her cute ass laugh . I smile . She puts her arms around my neck . We both lean in and share a long kiss until she pulls away . " your gonna be late " she says as she looks at the time . Then my alarm rings telling me to leave the house . And plus my Uber's outside . I grab her face and peck her lips " I'll call you when I land " I say as I grab my suit case. " I love you Erika " I say as I run up to her and hug her tight . She laughs " I love you more baby " she says as she pulls away. The Uber driver beeps the horn. " I'm coming " I yell . I kiss Erika's forehead as I grab my stuff and head out the door .....
