Jakes pov ; and kayzley hugged me. At first , I was shocked. Because I didn't know what the hug was for , and then Jax hugged me to. I picked them both up and hugged them back. " You the best dad ever! " Kayzley says. I smile. " We love you dad " Jax says. I start to tear. " I love you guys too " I say. I hug them a little tighter , but not to tight. Then I put them down. " Nap time? " Kayzley says " I tired " She adds on. " Okay , let's go " I say. " Me to " Jax says. We walk to Erika's room and i changed my clothes to a tank top and shorts , because it's hot. And I changed kayzley to. And Jax changed himself. I laid down on Erika's bed , and kayzley came on one side on my , and Jax came on the other. I pulled them both close to me and wrapped an army around them , as one of their arms are around me , with their head on my chest , just like how Erika would.

An hour later ;
I woke up , and the kids we're still asleep. So I gently got up , without waking them up , then closed the bedroom door and went to the living room looking for Erika. She wasn't on the couch.
I went into the kitchen to see Erika cooking dinner , ( it's around 5 pm ) . I went up behind her , and wrapped my arms around her waist. She look over her shoulder a little and smiled at me. " Hey beautiful " I tell her as I kiss her neck. She giggles. I stop and kiss her cheek. I let go of her waist , and then sat up on the counter. " What you making? " I ask. " Well right now , salad for me , I was just gonna ask what you guys wanted to eat " She says as she turns to me , after putting the container of salad , that she just made in the fridge. " Salad? Why don't we eat like steak or something... Salads to healthy " I tell her. " That's why I said it was for me, I have to stay fit " She says. " Hey hey hey , I have to stay fit too. These abs * lifts up shirt * don't come themselves. And besides you don't need salad to stay fit " I tell her. " I know that , but it's a healthier meal to eat , and it helps me stay fit because its not an oily food and stuff like that " She says. I pull her closer and peck her lips. " Let's eat steak , wait does kayzley eat steak ? " I ask. " Uh- , I'm actually not sure. I never really had interest in steak , so I never made it for her " She says. My jaw drops. " Never had interest in steak..... It's like the best thing , it's so good... And juicy. How does someone not have interest in it " I say. Erika laughs. " Relax , it's just steak " She says. " It is not just steak... You know what , I'm making steak , and your gonna eat it " I tell her. " Okaay , i mean I don't have a problem eating it , I just have to make sure I work out extra tomorrow " She says. " Why , it's not like your gonna be eating a whole cow " I tell her " It's part of a cow , so it's the same thing " She says. I slightly laugh at her response and then I hear kayzley call for me. I get off the counter and walk over to her whos outside Erika's room. I go pick her up and look if jax is awake. He's not yet. But I need to wake him up soon anyways so I walked over to the bed, still carrying kayzley and woke up Jax , by gently shaking him. " Bud , wake up pls " I say to him. He opens his eyes. " Cmon , we have to go to the store to buy steak and some other stuff to cook " I say. " Or do you want to stay here " I add on. " I wanna come " He says as he sits up. " Okay , go get ready " I tell him. I put kayzley down. On the bed. " I come to " She says. " Are you sure , or you wanna stay with mommy? " I ask. " No I come you " She says. " Okay then * I pick her up * let's get you changed " I say. " No I shower first " She says. I look at her. " But we're only going to the store , you can shower before bed time , like a normal child " I say , as I mumble the last part. " No , I have to look good , I shower " She says. I shake my head. " Wow , you are your mothers daughter " I say , then I hear Erika laugh , I turn my head to the door , to see a laughing Erika. " Cmon kayz , let's get you showered " Erika says as she takes kayzley from my arms. They walk into the bathroom , then I walked into the closet and got changed.

At the store ;
" Okay kiddo's , since mommy's not here shopping with us. You can buy whatever you want , candy , chips you name it. But first , we need to go get the steak.. and some other meats then we can walk around the store okay? " I say to them. Kayzley gasps. " I can't eat candy , or chips. I need to stay fit for photoshoots. " She says. " Cmon kayzley , Candy's good " Jax says. " He's right Candy's good.. And like I told your mother , you can eat whatever you want , don't worry about photoshoots or looking good , because your beautiful either way " I say. " Aww " Kayzley says. We grab a cart and go to the meat isle. I let Jax get the steak , and I got a few other things. Then we went to the chips isle. " Okay , go for it. Anything and everything you want " I say to them. Jax goes and grabs his favorite chips , and mine to. He puts it inside the cart , and kayzley stands there. " Cmon kayz. Its not gonna hurt to get at least one bag of chips " I say. She shakes her head. " No I cant " She says. " Mommy's gonna be mad " She adds on. I go and grab a bag of shrimp chips and some of Erika favorite chips , well I don't know if they still are , but it was before. I put them in the cart and then I grabbed kayzley 'some hand and pushed the cart with the other and followed Jax to the candy isle. He grabbed what he wanted , and I grabbed what I wanted and erika some chocolate candy and some other sweets , just in case. I put them in the cart and I squat down to kayzley 's level. " Cmon , mommy won't be mad. She eats candy to " I tell her. " How about some chocolate , or gummys , or anything " I add on. I reach for a gummy candy. " This good " I ask. " Yea " She says. I put it in then we walk to the cashier and I pay

At home ;
I told Jax and kayzley to go up to their rooms so I could talk to Erika , and then they can help me make dinner , if they wanted to. I put the groceries that we don't need out yet away , and then sat next to Erika. " Did kayzley ever eat like chips or candy before ? " I ask. " Of course she has , why'd you ask ? " She says. " Because we went to the store , and I told them they could get whatever they want , but she refused because she didn't want you to be mad , then she was staying she has to stay fit for photo shoots " I tell her. She laughs. " She's 6 years old " I tell her. Erika calls down the kids , we make dinner and then we eat as a family in the dining room
