Jakes pov ; it was an amazing night. I was still talking with Erika. We were both laughing whist crying. I didn't want the moment to end. It was almost 5 am. I've been here for 4 hours. Damn. I walk out of the bathroom to see jake on his phone. I finish getting ready then put my shoes on. " Where you going looking like that " Jake says as he sits up. " To a photo shoot. Don't you have a girlfriend to attend to " I say in annoyance. Although , last night , it felt like I was his girlfriend. " Actually , yea , but actually no " He says. " You don't make sense , but since you don't look like your leaving anytime soon , can you lock the doors when you do leave. And don't touch anything " I tell him and I grab my keys and my purse. I began walking out the door. But jake pulls me, he gives me a hug and kisses my forehead. " Thanks for letting me stay , and letting us talk... And also for letting me get to know our daughter even tho I haven't been in her life " He says. I sighed. " I mean it was my fault you weren't in her life... So its the least I could do " I say. Jakes pov ; me and Jax are getting ready to head over to Erika's place. But he doesn't know that. He's still a bit sad , and he's been moping around all day since I got here. But I'm sure he'll be back to normal soon. - Once we get there we knock on the door. Erika opens and jax's face lit up. He hugged her , and she picked him up as she hugged him back. " Heyy " She says as she moves to the side so I can walk in. I walk in and see kayzley. " JAKEE " she says. " Oh wow she remembers my name " I say. Erika laughs. She puts Jax down and closes the front door. " So... " She says. " So yea this is high - key awkward " I say. Erika nods and Sits by kayzley , who's watching this animated kids show. I sit down by them. Then Jax sits by her. I sit across them. " So Jax , you know what Erika is to you right " I ask. " Yea she's my mom but not my mom I know " Jax says. She jumps into my arms and hugs me. I hug her back and carried her back to Erika and Jax , who were laughing as they set up the table. " I have a dad !! " Kayzley yells. Me and erika laugh. - - The night ended well. Me and Jax are on our way home now. And he can't stop smiling. Im glad this little boy is happy. I mean I was happy when Erika and I were together.
