It's the author again. Just wanted to say was that if you ever get the chance, listen to River Flows in You and Mozart's Symphony No. 40. You'll know what I'm talking about if you listen to it, but if not that's ok too. I'm only asking of this because these songs are in this chapter. Anyway, sorry for this short note, but enjoy the chapter. I'm excited!
Oh, and I hope you like the new cover I have for this book!

Class got out a bit early today, which was really weird. I decided to walk around the school, when I hear this beautiful piano playing Mozart's Symphony No.40. I remembered that I was hired in a bar, and I was to sing in front of people with a piano accompaniment. I followed to the piano's singing, only to the sound to get larger and to see who it could be. I was eager to ask who ever was playing this to ask to be my accompaniment. I slowly crept into the room, I saw Yoko playing. She looked elegant, swaying to the tempo, pressing the keys gently. Her eyes were closed. I watched her for a minute, that's when she shot a glance at me. She panicked and jumped to her feet, backing away from the piano. "You play piano too?" I said walking over to the piano. "I loved that song, it's pretty good from Mozart." "You play piano?" Yoko timidly asks. "Yeah actually," I said sitting on the bench. "What songs can you play?" Yoko sits right next to me on the bench. "Name a song, maybe I'll know it," I winked. She thought for a while. "How about Kiss the Rain by Yiruma," Yoko said. "Okay, I like that song," I turned to the piano and set my hands on the keys. I count the tempo in my head, and started playing. I remember this song by memory of course.
Just like the title, I did imagine a river. A river on festival day. The night sky painted over all of us, with lanterns lit up like the stars. You would look at the river over a bridge, and it would mirror the sky. The sakura trees are in full bloom and each flower and petal danced down to the ground. I miss festival, and I can't wait for it to come. Festival was coming up really fast, maybe I'll see that same painted sky reflect on the river.
I finished the song with the last key, and snapped back to reality. Yoko stared at me, amazed. "Woah, you're better than me!" She said. "I don't think better, I think equally the same," I said. "But you're just always perfect!" She said. Perfect? Why would I ever be perfect? I got chills crawling down my spine. I didn't answer to that. We had awkward silence. "Any who, I need to ask you something," I said. "O-Okay," Yoko said. "You see, I'm singing at a bar, and I was wondering if you would be my accompaniment," I said. Her face lit up with excitement. "I would be honored!" She said, I'm glad she's been working on her language. "Perfect, we should meet in here everyday before I perform, then until I perform more and more," I said. "I totally would!!!" Yoko squeals. "I'll get you the music tomorrow, ok?" I said standing up. "Huh? Where are you going?" She asks. "I have to do some student council things, I do every weekday," I said. "Ok, bye then," she sighs. "I'll see you tomorrow, and give the music, ok?" I smile. I walk towards the student council room, that's when Agent 4 stops me in the hallway. "Agent 4 I-" I said, but was interrupted. "Listen to me, I wanted to apologize from two days ago..." he said in a serious tone. "It's alright... you were worried about me," I said, my cheeks kind of rosed into a pale pink shade of blush. "And... I was afraid you were purposely ignoring me after..." he looks away in embarrassment. It feels mean to crack up about that, but that's what I exactly did. He looks at me and blushes in embarrassment. "Where did get that from?" I couldn't hold it, so I laughed up a storm. I felt stared digging into my back, so I stopped.
"Well, deary boy, I must go to student council," I wink and giggle a little walking off. I hear him turn around, but then walk away from me too. I stepped into the council room and Marina was quietly talking on the phone. "Papi, I would visit you too... but I don't want to leave right now, my friends need me," she whispered on the phone, kind of curled in the corner. I was concerned, but it is not my business, I sit down at the table where we held our meetings. I played boring and mindless games on my phone waiting for Marina to be done either her phone call. "Ok Papi, I have to go, goodbye," she hangs up, then she turned to me and flinched. "You didn't hear anything did you?" She said startled. "Of course not, I was was just playing on my phone," I said. "Oh ok, let's continue with our meeting then." Marina sits at the table, sitting right across from me.
