When I got home after from talking to Sayuri, Grandpa was waiting for me on the porch. Like father did. I was afraid the InkOct moon was going to repeat what happen nine years ago. "Hello Grandpa," I greeted him when I climbed onto the porch. Grandpa simpers to himself, then eyed at me. "Hey hey Marie," he smiles wide. "Nice day isn't it?" I turned around behind me, it was lovely like he said. "Hmm, you're right," I smacked my lips together. Onset, I marched into my house and put my stuff down, my brain hurting from dehydration and the whole conversation with Sayuri.

I sat at the piano, practicing because of tonight's lessons. I got every other week, which is really nice. Liebesräume by Fran Litszt, is the song I was learning. I'm kind of surprised that Grandpa let me take piano lessons since I was little, when he was still a jerk to me. I guess it was probably because Callie was taking flute lessons, she's so amazing at it, I'm jealous. Apparently, I'm one of the students that gets advanced quickly, well that's what my teacher said to me everyday. She pressured me to play, yelling at every mistake I did. Though, she would always give me the example of how to play it right. She's a cool lady, an inkling, tentacles blue as clear ice. Her sharp and narrow emerald orb, another like a blue sapphire. She had a lengthy and slender build, pretty skinny too.

While practicing this, I kind of imagined Satomi playing with me. He's a cellist, a prodigy like me too. Though, he quit this year. Maybe he would like to play this with me.

"Marie! Get your flabbergasted fried fish sticks ready! Gotta get to Lucille's," Grandpa yells from the other room. "Kay!" I scream back, grabbing my music and bag. Slipping on shoes, I walked into the living room where lazy Gramps sat. "Well? Let's go gramps," I said folding my arms. "Okay okay, be patient I'm crippled," he mumbled, pushing himself up to his feet. While he waddled to the car, I followed him, entering the driver's seat.

When we got to Lucille's house, I got out first. When I got to the door, I knock softly, the door flies open. Lucille, blocking the entry way. "Hello Marie," she gives me a half grin, moving out of the way. "Hello Miss Lucille," I nod, walking in. She closes the door behind me, Grandpa told me he had to run some errands. I walked to her grand piano, older and richer than mine. "How have you been holding up?" She asks while I set up my stuff. "I've been okay," I lied, I don't want to think or talk about all of last week. "Okay, now, play all the way through until you mess up," she stood right beside her piano. I nod, glancing at the first few notes. I set off a tempo in my head, then my hands gently started pressing on the keys.

Though I did make a few mistakes, I still played it like nothing happened. It tricks the brain to believe it was intended in the song. The only people who will know the mistake like sore thumb are the player themselves, and the one who knows this piece very well. My hands became slower, then stopped as I ended the song. Lucille my teacher, looked very amused. "You did amazing Marie. I've noticed your hands are a little bit tense, and that's why you messed up if you caught that. Maybe if you relax your hands just a little bit more, it will sound and look graceful. Make sure to fix your posture," She opinionated precisely, helping me fix my mistakes. "So, lets do the whole piece again, fix the things I listed for this round," she folds her arms. Nodding, I looked at my music and started touching the keys.

I thought it would be a good idea to put her piano teacher in here too
Because you know, just to seem more realistic
