"I got a text from Corbyn wondering where we are"
"Ugh, I'm guessing that means we have to go back" I replied.
"I mean only if you want to"
"Let's have a girls' night"
"I'm so down" she said "But first give me your phone so I can put in the boys' numbers"
I handed her my phone and watched what ever show was on the TV, while she typed away.
"Done"
"Thanks" I replied.
I clicked on Dani's contact that said Daniel and changed it to Dani💖
Me: Hey Dani, this is Mel.
Dani💖: MEL U GOT A PHONE!
Me: This morning.
Dani💖: Where r u?
Me: Christina and I are having a girls' night at her apartment.
Dani💖: But I miss u.
Me: I miss u too, but I'm spending time with Christina.
Dani💖: I want to see u.
Me: ur too sweet, but I'm busy sorry.
Dani💖: Sneak out for 5 mins so I can give you a goodnight kiss.
Me: Dani r u even listening to what I'm saying.
Dani💖: No I'm reading what you're saying. I'll see you in the parking lot in 10 mins.
Me: Fine, but no longer than 5 minutes.
Dani💖: Luv u
Me: Luv u too.
"Mel, you still there?" Christina asked.
"Huh"
"I've been calling your name for like the past two minutes, who are you texting?"
"Oh, no one"
She raised her eyebrows.
"Ok it was just Dani"
"Ooh, you guys are so cute" she said.
"So are you and Corbyn"
"I'm going to go make some tea, you want some?" she asked.
"Yeah sure, thank you"
10 mins later I got a text from Dani.
Dani💖: I'm here.
"Hey Christina I'm gonna go get some air" I yelled to her.
"Um, ok" she yelled back.
I walked out of her apartment and into the elevator. Once I was out of the building I looked around for Dani. I couldn't see him so I kept looking around for him, until a pair of arms wrapped around my waist.
"Hi love" he said before I screamed.
"Dani you scared me!"
"Sorry, I wanted to surprise you"
"Well you scared me more than surprising me"
"Whatever. Now about that goodnight kiss-" he trailed off kissing me.
We stayed like that for what felt like a while until he pulled away just enough for our foreheads to remain touching.
"We should go somewhere" he whispered.
"Dani I'm having a girls' night with Christina, you know that" I whispered.
