Chapter 11

There was a knock at the door. I sighed angrily. This would be the third visit from Cade.

"What!" I yelled. Ren laughed.

"Sorry didnt know you was mad at me. Maybe its those mickey mouse shorts your wearing." He teased. I smiled. He was holding a bear and some flowers.

"Come in" I smiled. He walked in and looked around.

"Wow its really nice here." He said. He sat at the bar.

"What are you doing here?" I asked. He smile nervously. It was very cute.

"Wanted to see if you wanted to go on a date." He asked. Nancy walked down.

"Carla? Who is he?" She asked. She walked close to me.

"Hi. Im Carlas friend. Ren Cryano. I wanted to know if she could go on a date with me" He asked. I could tell he was nervous.

"Im sorry I dont think thats a good idea. You need to leave" Nancy said sternly.

"Nan-" She held up her hand.

"We'll talk later. Walk him out." She walked away.

"Im sorry." I said. He put his hand to my face.

"Dont worry about it." He kissed my cheek. I blushed. He was so sweet. Why couldnt he be my mate?

"How about you come back at midnight. Ill sneak out" I whispered.

"Are you sure?" He asked. " Id hate to get caught"

"I know a place." I smiled. He nodded and got in his truck. I waved him off.

"I wasnt going to risk it. You meeting his dad. " Nancy said.

"Highly doubt it. Im going to my room" I said. I jogged up the stairs. I almost screamed when I saw Cade sitting on my bed scrolling on his phone. I threw I pen at his head.

"Lover boy here huh? " He said coldly. I rolled my eyes.

"Why are you here?" I asked.

"Felt you got nervous. Decided to be nosey." He said. " I wasted time"

"You need to leave." I said. Going through my closet for the perfect outfit.

"For you to sneak out? No can do sweet cheeks. We're are having a slumber party" He pointed over to my chair. There was his pjs and a stack of movies.

"You cant be serious. I wasnt sneaking out." I said.

"I hear all. Know all." He said. "Get comfy Its gonna be a long night" I rolled my eyes. He's literally turned insane.
