"So, have you and my brother, you know, hung out lately?" I asked Prince Edward when we were on the balcony.

The Princes decided that we needed our space for a while.

He nodded. "Yes, we did. Leighton and I came to tonight's ball together."

"Wow," I said as I stared up at the night sky. "I never would have thought that my family was related to yours, that you would be my cousin."

"I do, actually." He said gently.

"What do you mean?"

"Linda, we've met before, but when the accident happened-- and I wanted to see you-- your brother had told me to keep my distance."

"Huh," I pursed my lips together. "Wait. So when we met at the flower shop. You knew who I was?"

Prince Edward gave me a sheepish look.

"I did, yes."

"No wonder you were being just a little protective of me the first time I came here." I said in realization. "It wasn't because Glenn had told you and the other Princes about me."

"Well," He cleared his throat. "It was part of that, but yes. That's why I was just a little overprotective of you when you were first here, on that day."

"And when exactly were you going to tell me that we were related?" I raised an eyebrow at him.

"When you would remember me, of course."

"But I didn't remember you." I said sadly.

"I know," He sighed, "but I kept hoping. When I saw that you wouldn't remember anytime soon. I told Leighton to approach you at this Ball. So that you could remember something, anything, about him or me. Mainly him."

"Well, I did. I can assure you that."

"Does your head hurt?" He suddenly asked. "Glenn told us that your head hurts whenever you try and remember things." He quickly added.

"Not anymore," I said after a long time. "That's why I was in the bathroom for so long. My head was hurting like crazy."

"So, you're okay now?"

I nodded. "I'm okay now." I promised.

"Well, we should have a reunion one day at the Castle in Charles, in your hometown."

"Y-Yeah, that would be nice."

Man, who knew I was related to Prince Edward?

Prince Edward sure kept to his word.

A few days later, he called me. To see if he could pick me up to go to Charles.

"How did you get my number?" I said as I jotted down the things that he wanted me to bring with me to the Castle. Apparently, I was staying with my brother at my old home for a couple of days.

"Glenn," He said innocently.

"Right," I laughed as I began to pack a small suitcase. "I should have known."

He laughed in agreement. "Leighton will be there in half an hour."

"Leighton's going to pick me up?" I asked as I froze.

"Yes, is that a problem?"

"No," I said as I continued packing. "It's not a problem."

"Okay, see you soon."
