"I'm paranoid all the time." Alayna told Karoline over some Coffee after she finished recounting her walk up to the bar this morning and the Demon she was sure was trailing her.

Karoline frowned, watching her sister play nervously with the ends of her sweater, she looked like she was on the brink of insanity. "You have a right to be," Karoline smiled softly. "We tried to kill Crowley and he got away, who knows what he'll do."

"Why hasn't he made a move?" Alayna asked the one question that had been bugging her for the past week. Why hadn't Crowley made a move against them yet. "There's been no sign of him. Nothing. Just my slow spiral into insanity," Alayna pursed her lips, pushing her hair behind her ears.

"Join the club," Karoline smirked, raising her mug of coffee in a mock gesture before taking a small sip. "What about Sam? He contact you at all?" She asked, knowing the answer to that one before her sister even got a word out. Sam disappeared after he saved Crowley and they hadn't heard from him since.

Alayna shook her head timidly, "he betrayed us, Kari. The Sam that we know is gone."

Karoline let that settle over her - after all the things he'd done without a soul she never thought it'd come to the point where she couldn't even recognize him anymore. Her eyes flickered over to where Dean was sitting at the bar with Axel - the latter tagging in to help in case Blair or Crowley came after them after everything that went down last week.

"Okay, your choice," Dean told the older hunter next to him. "We have Tequila, Gin, or Whiskey. Pick your poison." He offered, before taking a sip of the Whiskey himself. After Sam betrayed them, screwed them over with Crowley and then ditched them he been slowly spiraling. "Come on, don't make me drink alone."

"I'm busy," Axel smiled sarcastically at him.

Dean scoffed, "It's the eve of Armageddon and your doing homework?" He asked, gesturing to the few papers spread out across the bar counter in front of the blue eyed hunter.

"This may come as a shock, but I'm not here to hang out with you," Axel turned, finally giving Dean his full attention - even if only for a moment. "I'm here because your brother screwed you over to Hell and I don't want the girls getting caught in the crossfire of all of that."

Dean let out a slow breath watching him gather up the papers and walk away from him before turning back and taking the shot that Axel hadn't accepted. He scooped up the three darts beside him and stepped off to the side where the target was hanging on the wall. He balanced it between his fingers but made no move to throw it. His mind a million miles away, thinking of all the possibilities that led Sam to doing what he did.

"You okay?"

Dean peeked over his shoulder to see Alayna watching him worriedly, then passed her to see Axel and Karoline heading out the bar door. He sighed heavily as he threw the dart, it landing just to the right of the center. "What makes you think I'm not okay?" He challenged.

"Well, you're day drunk. It's not exactly your most attractive look."

Dean quirked an eyebrow at her as she crossed her arms, feeling the corner of his lips turn up into a smirk. "Oh? And what is my most attractive look?" He challenged, towering over her.

She took a slight step back, "I'm not saying you have any attractive look, I'm just saying this is my least favorite one."

"Noted." He pursed his lips, his greens eyes flickering around to take in her whole face. "See if I can make any improvements."

"Don't mind me." A voice broke in and Alayna whirled around with wide eyes to see Crowley loitering a few paces away from them. He had his hands in his coat pockets and an easy smirk on his face.
