Karoline frowned into the dark tunnels, using her phone flash light to try and light it up. Aurora had disappeared about ten minutes ago and she was still debating if making a run for it was her best option. How far would she make it before Aurora just caught up to her and threw her back in here or worse.

"Karoline..." Her voice echoed to her, causing her to jump - startled by the new presence. Aurora came into view, shrouded in light by the blonde's cell phone and Karoline's gaze fell down to the gasoline tank in her hands. "Let's pick it up where we left off."

Before she could ask, Aurora flung some of the gasoline at her, drenching the front of her dress. "What're you doing?"

"Thought I'd shake things up a bit," the Angel simply shrugged, pouring some more around the little cave Karoline found herself cornered in.

"Are you insane?"

"I prefer spontaneous." She flashed a pretty smile that didn't match her attitude at the moment. And to think nearly 6 months ago, she would've called the Angel one of her friends. "That's probably why your boyfriends like me so much." Karoline narrowed her eyes at that, only to let out a short scream when the Angel suddenly lashed out and threw the gallon at her. She ducked just in time for the tin gallon to smack against the far wall.

Karoline straightened up to see Aurora pull out a box of matches, "here's what's gonna happen." She flicked the match against the box and it immediately caught flame. Her murderous blue eyes found Karoline's as she threw it into the cave and part of the floor lit up in hot flames causing Karoline to jump back. "You're going to tell Castiel that you will no longer be helping him in this war, or you're going to stay in there and burn." She threw down another match causing Karoline to press her back up against the far wall to get out of it's reach.

Karoline let her eyes fall closed as she tried to calm her racing mind - she needed to think clearly if she wanted to figure a way out of this soon. She felt something hard poke through her back pocket of the shorts she hadn't taken off when she put on the dress. She reached back, brushing her fingers across the familiar glass vial she still had from when Castiel brought Angel Grace the other night.

As the minutes droned on in silence, she felt the heat slowly disappear as the fire's put themselves out. "The next one's landing on you." The blonde Angel threatened, causing her to snap her eyes open. She had her phone out again, her camera pointed her way, "so, Karoline, how does it feel to know that these may be your last moments."

"I don't know, you tell me," Karoline shot back, crossing her arms. "You don't really think Castiel's gonna let you walk away from this one alive, do you?"

Aurora rose her chin in defiance, "I'd be very careful with what you say to me next."

"He didn't used to hate you, Aurora," Karoline shook her head, throwing her arms out to the side. "He has armies of Angels, but you and Balthazar were the only ones who knew I was still alive. He trusted you more than anyone. But, you've let your jealousy get the better of you, and you ruined it."

"Spare me, your therapy, Karoline. We're not girlfriends." Aurora scoffed and Karoline sighed softly. "You want me to prove it. Just say the word." Aurora flicked the match and held it up for the blonde to see.

Karoline held her breath, but she didn't back down. "You're not gonna do it." She said and Aurora quirked an eyebrow in challenge.

"I'm not?"

"No, you're not," Karoline said, sure of her words this time - and to prove it, she daringly stepped up to the blonde Angel. "Because, there's a chance that you'll still be alive when all this is over - that Cas won't kill you. And if that's the case, and you kill me now, you'll have used up all your revenge. Wasted it." Aurora didn't say anything, but she didn't deny it either, meaning Karoline was on the right track. "And isn't that what you want? Revenge? Because after everything that we went through together over the last year, I stabbed you in the back and had Cas lock you away."
