Ch. 6

Herc's POV:

     I get home and go to my room.  Oh my god why did I do that?  I just kissed Laf.  I just kissed Laf.   But wow it was better then I expected.  But she seemed shocked I hope she doesn't hate me now.  I sit in my bed thinking then my mom knocks on the door and I jump "ya?" I say and she comes in.

     "You just barged in without saying anything are you ok Hercy?" My mom asks me and I roll my eyes at her for calling me that then went back to the question "I... I'm good" I say with a sigh and a smile.

     My mom looks at me confused "ok? Well dinner will be ready soon" she says, I just answer with a "ok" and flop back down on my bed.  

     I pick up my phone and start to text Alex

Herc: Hey Alex I got something to tell you

Alex: Ya what's up bro?

Herc: I may or may not have just kissed Laf

Alex: HOLY FUCK BRO!!!! SERIOUSLY?!?!

Herc: calm down bro and yes seriously.  I was talking to her after school and just kinda kissed her.

Alex: how did she react?  What did she do?

Here: not much really just stud there, I think I scared her

Alex: I've been talking with John and he said that she so likes you, so don't worry, it was a good shock

     I put down my phone down and smile, she likes me?!

Laf's POV:

     I talk to my sister for awhile then she leaves.  I think to my self for awhile and start to get worried.  What if I scared him from not doing anything or saying anything.  I pick up my phone and by now I have everyone's number but I feel I've gotten along best with John out of  the group.  So I text John.

Laf: hey John something just happened between me and Herc.

John: What?!? What happened?!?

Laf: he just kinda kissed me

John: HOLY FUCK!! SERIOUSLY!!

Laf: calm down, and yes seriously.  We were just talking and he just leaned in and kissed me

     I sit for about 5 minutes waiting for him to answer. Then he texts me.

John: hey sorry I disappeared there for a second, I was talking to Alex and he said that Herc literally just told him, but I'm so happy for you two, you are so cute together XD

     I giggle and blush.  So Herc doesn't regret it?! 

Laf: ya he kinda took me by surprise but I liked  it, it... it was great :)

John: I'm so happy for you.  Hey can I possibly tell everyone else 

     I think for a moment then I pick my phone up.

Laf: you might as well they're going to find out tomorrow anyway

John: yay

     John stops texting and the next thing I know everyone is texting me.

Eliza: LAF YOU AND HERC KISSED I'M SO PROUD OF YOU!!!

Peggy: WOW GIRL YOU ARE IN YOUR FIRST MONTH AND ALREADY HAD YOUR FIRST KISS, GO YOU!!

Angelica: Laf John just told me, you and Herc already kiss?!

Maria: wow girl go you, wait important question, did he kiss you or did you kiss him?

     I look at my phone that's bursting with texts and I make a group chat with them.

Laf: hey guys, it is true that me and Herc kissed and Maria to answer your question he kissed me.  And not to be rude but I'm going to turn my phone off cause that was a little overwhelming in all, so I will see you all tomorrow.

     I turn off my phone after seeing all of them say "ok see you tomorrow."

     I eat dinner and don't tell my parents all of the events of earlier  that day and go to bed but not able to sleep cause all I can think about is Herc.

      I roll over in my bed and grab my phone and hesitantly text Herc.

Laf: hey, I hope I'm not waking you up but I couldn't sleep

Herc: me neither, but I wanted to ask you if I scared you today after school cause you looked a little shocked

Laf: oh no I'm fine I just wasn't expecting it, so that's why I didn't say anything

Herc: oh ok, I just wanted to check and see

Laf: Herc do you regret doing it?

Herc: Laf I don't regret anything that happened today, and I meant every word I said to you at school today

     I look at the text and sigh deeply and blush madly.

Laf: ok, oh ya and just so you know I'm pretty sure everyone in the group already knows, cause I told John and he wanted to tell everyone else, so sorry if you didn't want them to know

Herc: no it's fine they would find out tomorrow anyways

Laf: that's what I thought

Herc: hey you should go to sleep it's getting pretty late

     I look at the time and it was 3 in the morning.

Laf: oh wow I didn't realize it was so late sorry for keeping you up, good night

Herc: oh no it's fine, good night Laf

     I turn my phone off and roll over to try to fall asleep.  I start to think about Herc and I calm down and fall asleep.
