"There is no way in hell I am going to school after that." I protest, pulling up grass from the ground beside me.
Christina lays flat on her back, right next to me in Tobias' yard.
"I don't blame you. Dad is going to kill me because I crashed the car. We should just skip." She agrees, ending with a long sigh.
"Ladies, we can't just skip school because we feel like it." Tobias says, picking me up from the ground.
"We aren't. I caught a bug, and Christina got it to. When you came to bring us some things because we were, oh so sick, you got sick as well." I smirk, formulating an excuse.
Tobias laughs, setting me on my feet, "Fine, whatever. Where do you want to go?"
I lend Christina a hand to get up, "We could go downtown. Shop around, eat ice cream, go to SHEDD."
"That sounds like a perfect idea...Beatrice." Christina says, laughing to herself.
I scowl, "I know you figured out my name, but at least, please call me Tris."
She smiles, "I know, I'm just messing with you."
"Are we going to get going or what? And what are we doing with your car?" Tobias asks, facing the two of us.
I look at Christina, "Are you going to bring it to the junkyard or something?"
She shrugs, "I have another car...the same one. Daddy said if I ever got into trouble, I'd need more than one."
I raise an eyebrow, "How rich are you?"
Chris shrugs, "I don't know, I just get an allowance."
I place a hand on her demolished car, teleporting to the junkyard. Immediately, my body teleports to exactly where it was, except Chris' car is now gone.
"Aren't you supposed to report these kinds of things?" Tobias asks.
I shake my head, "Not if we took care of it. Besides, even if somebody asks us, I have mind manipulation."
The three of us teleport over to Toby's house, where we get into his car. It's still a bit confusing on how Christina just brushed off the fact that she crashed an expensive car, but we are ignoring it.
Tobias gets into the driver's seat, Christina in the back, and I load into the passenger side.
"So where are we off to ladies?" He asks, pulling out of his garage.
"I vote shopping first. You have super strength, so you can hold all of the bags!" Christina offers, a genuine smile creeping up her cheeks.
Toby laughs, "Is that what Six wants?"
My eyes roll, "Whatever, I don't care much."
The mall is clear, lucky for us. It does make sense, however, knowing that it is a Monday, and a school day.
"Where are we going first Chris?" I ask, halfway leaning on Tobias, with our hands intertwined.
"Just, don't say Victoria's Secret." He adds.
Christina laughs, "I was going to say Faction Fashion, we could get some new sh-"
"I already have twenty pairs of high heels, thanks to you. I changed my mind, we are going to go get ice cream." I steer Tobias in the way of the food court, and Chris reluctantly follows.
"If you didn't want to go shopping, you could have told me." She whines.
"I do want to shop, but to do so, my body requires cold dairy dessert, also known as, ice cream."
