Chapter 04 : Why is he acting like a Bollywood Villain?

I know that I shouldn't have talked about his cricket, but I couldn't stop my anger. Usually I'm a very premeditative type of person but tonight I couldn't stop the words from coming out of my mouth. Abhishek Sharma who was sitting beside me tried to start a conversation, and he being the cutest starting introducing all of them as if I don't know them.

I say,"I know who you guys are, you'll don't need any introduction." Manjot looked back as he was sitting in the front. He smiled sadly and said,"We're really sorry about the accident, don't worry Bella will be fine." I nodded and looked at her, she was with Prithvi in his lap.

Prithvi shuttered a little as he spoke,"Actually sh-she won't be-e umm fin-fine." I ran my hand through Bella's fur and asked,"What do you mean?" He spoke too fast but I understood each and every word,"She has stopped breathing, she's dead." My world stopped. Things, people, voices, lights, everything seemed to fade away.

I look at Shubman through the rear view front glass, he was already looking at me. His eyes showed a little bit of guilt, but why would he feel guilty! I wanted to scream and tear every single tissue from his body but realized that I can't even open my mouth to speak anything. Is this how my parents would feel when I die?

I closed my eyes, trying to block everything from my mind for few minutes. How will I tell this to mom and dad? And most importantly how would Mannie react? She was the one who was closest to Bella, I can't even imagine how to tell her.

"Girl, girl wake up. The hospital's here!" I felt someone waking me up. I opened my eyes to see Abhay shaking me, in order to wake me up. I rubbed my eyes and said,"It's Aarohi." They all nodded and Prithvi said,"You go to the doctor and get your hand checked, I'll tell the ambulance to take Bella to the grave."

Grave. A hard pain was felt in my heart, she's no more. I know Bella was sick, very sick. Everyone said that rather than living in such a state it's better if she dies. In someway Shubman has kind of helped Bella by ending all of her pain, but not that I'll tell this to him.

I opened the door of the car and saw a hand in front of me. I placed my foot down and pushed his hand away making the veins in his forehead rise, showing how he becomes angry on smallest of things. He got aside and I took Bella in my hands from Prithvi, for the last time. Hugging her closely, I let the tears fall silently. No one said anything, and I'm glad. I'm happy that now she is free from all the pain, and I know that her soul will rest in peace.

I gave Bella back to Prithvi and started making my way inside when I noticed Manjot, Abhishek and of course Shubman walking behind me. I turned around and said,"You'll can go now. It'll be fine."

No one denied because Shubman didn't gave any chance,"No we'll come with you." Both of his friends smiled at him. I nodded and said,"Okay then follow me!" They all shrugged at each other and followed me.

At the reception I asked,"Is Dr. Raj still here?" She nodded and said,"Yeah, but Aarohi itni raat ko? Are you ok?" I smiled and said,"Yeah I'm fine. Just a small accident!" I said the last part while glaring Shubman hard. He rolled his eyes and started looking everywhere except at me.

I gave the receptionist a smile before making my way towards Raj's room. He's the one handling my cancer, also is a great friend. I pushed open the door and was greeted by his sweet smile, which soon was replaced with a worried look when he saw my swollen hand. He got up from his chair and gave me a quick hug, making me sit on the checking bed.
