I'm surrounded by pure blackness. I can't look down. I can't look up. It feels like I'm sleeping. Yellow starts to shimmer and glitter all across the place. I try following it, but it's too fast.
I give up on chasing and stand there. I can't help but feel happy when I look at it. The light evolves into a vision. I'm standing under the bright lights of Main Street. Ashton, Garth, Chantel, Amy, and Luke all join me.
"Players, are you ready?" A robotic voice says.
"Yes sir!" Everyone booms.
"Excellent, the simulation will be beginning shortly. Stand by," The robotic says. And with that, it disappears.
"Remember Guys, this could be anything," Amy says.
"We know," Ashton groans.
Just then, two men appear. One man in a red sweater is screaming loud profanities, and a man in a purple is yelling at him back. They seem to be arguing over guacamole.
"Sirs, what's this all about?" Garth asks as we get closer.
"He claims that my guacamole was his! But it isn't!"
"It was mine! I payed for it!" The man in purple yells.
"Both of you, calm down. Now, have any of you had any alcohol this evening?" Luke asks.
"It's clear this man has! He's a drunk mess! Look at him!" The man in red yells.
"I am not!" The other yells. "You're the drunk here!"
"I am not!" The man in red yells. He swings at the man in purple. The next thing we know, they start brawling. Amy goes into help out, but she gets punched, and fades away.
"What the heck?" I yell.
"She got hurt, so she's out of the simulation, get them apart without getting hurt, and you win," Luke explains.
"Thanks bro," I say as I pound my hands together.
"Not a problem," He nods as he goes in. The man in purple blindly punches him in the face without looking. "Dang it!" He says as he fades.
"My turn," Chantel growls. She lunges for the man in red. She grabs a hold of his neck.
"Violation! Violation!" The robotic voice says.
"This was never determined!" Chantel screams.
"You're simulation will be ending now,"
"Nooooooooo!"
"Well she's dramatic," Ashton says.
"Gentlemen, gentleman, we're all civilized people, and I think we could-" Garth starts, but not before-
"Run!" They both sat in unison. Garth just freezes up, and shrivels away.
"What the heck?" I look down.
"Doesn't matter, he's just going back to reality," Ashton explains.
"Got it," I nod.
"We should team up. We can be co-champions, and that would be pretty cool,"
"Yeah, Just Get em off each other. Take em out two separate ways, and call it good,"
"Copy that," I say as I run toward them. I grab the man in red's shoulder, and Ashton does the same to the man in purple. A bright gold, shimmering glimmer falls across the park. It resembles the sparks from the beginning of the simulation. Ashton is swept away, and leaves, but I don't.
"Mission control to Amber. Amber do you copy?" Garth's voice asks over the park.
"I can hear you loud and clear mission control,"
"Great, So... you're supposed to be back here? What's going on?"
"No clue, you're the one back at the base. What's up with you?"
"So... I think you're stuck,"

<Fatima's point of view>
"What the heck is going on in there?" Mark storms over.
"Amber's stuck in the simulation, we can't get her out," Chantel explains.
"Have we had this issue before?" He grumbles.
"This would be the first," I nod.
"And Ashton?"
"He's being pulled back now," Garth says as he flips switches.
"Great, does Amber have any medical issues that you aren't telling me about?"
"About that..." Garth trails off. Just then, we hear a gasp from the other end of the room.
"What's up?" Ashton asks as gets out of the chair. He looks like over at Amber's chair. "What uh- what's up with Amber?" He looks over.
"Like I was saying, it appears that something was placed in Amber's injection, which is forcing her into this coma-like state," Garth continues.
"What?" Ashton looks over at me. "Tell me it's not true Fatima, please,"
"I- I'm sorry," I say.
"Amber?" He says as he walks over.
"She'll be fine," Amy says.
"I know," He says as he squeezes her hand. He looks toward us, and backs away. "I just, wish there was a way to run away, you know?"
"Wait... says that again," I nod as I run to the microphone that allows us to talk into the simulation.
"I wish there was a way to run away,"
"Exactly! Ashton you're a genius!" I squeal.
"Amber? You still there?" I ask.
"Still here,"
"Great, Run, Run as far as your legs can carry you!" I instruct.
"The heck?" She asks.
"Just run!"
"Okay! Sheesh!" She says. I look at the monitor. She starts running down the middle of Main Street. She runs into the invisible barrier that we set up. Going beyond it would get you out of the simulation.
"She's out," Garth nods.
"Amber, please," Ashton mutters under his breath, not letting go of Amber's hand.
"She's in twilight," Garth says.
"Get a stretcher ready," Mark orders.
"Gah!" She screams as she sits up.
"Amber! You're okay!" Ashton says as he hugs her.
"What the-"
"Oh... sorry!" Ashton says as he quickly backs away.
"No, it's ok," She says as she pulls him in for a hug.
"Awesome,"
