Bold print- I'm talking, not anyone in the book.
Slanted writing- Character is thinking.
"Slanted writing in quotation marks"- Dragon is talking, only other dragons can understand. People only hear grunts or growls.
POV- Point of view. As in you are seeing it through that characters eyes.
