The suns rays radiated off my skin, probably making my skin turn into a gross sunburn. I looked over my shoulder to see the large trail off people behind us that were waiting in line for the same ride as us. Maddie was standing in front of me, who was behind Dallas, who was behind Demi. I was beginning to get annoyed by just standing here because every few seconds Demi would let out one of her loud laughs, which made everyone in front of her turn around. It was embarrassing, and I honestly don't understand how she didn't get embarrassed of herself.

"Dani, isn't that the guy you like?" I followed Maddie's glance to the boy who was just getting off of the roller coaster.

"You think I like him?" I gave out a chuckle, shaking my head at her. "No, I don't." Of course that was a lie. I would tell her the truth if Demi wasn't here, she's going to be embarrassing me.

"Lies." Maddie looked over at me, a smile pushing the corners of her lips up. "I know you like him! You've liked him since like seventh grade."

"How would you know that, Maddie? You were in like third grade." I crossed my arms over my chest, watching her shrug her shoulders.

"I may have been young, but I heard everything." She giggled, her eyes falling back on him. "But, really, you should go and talk to him."

"No. He doesn't even know who I am." I said, my eyes following him as he left the area I was in until I couldn't see him anymore.

His name was Connor; Connor Grave. And he was the most known guy in my whole school. Captain of the foot ball team, the guy who gets every girl he wants. You know those types of guys. When I first started liking him, he wasn't the way he was now. He wasn't the popular one with girls that followed him around the school. Sure, in seventh grade he had a lot of friends, he wasn't exactly considered popular like he is now. Back then, he was cute, and that's why I fell so in love with him. He was like that all through middle school, and then one day on my first day of high school, he looked like a complete different person. He even acted like a different person. His attitude was different. Before he was a sweet, selfless person that didn't have a care in the world. And now, he seems like one of those guys that leads girls on. He's no longer the sweet one. He's the asshole who walks around in the hallways at school and picks on every nerd that he spots, some of them aren't even nerds. He's cheated on every girl he's dated, which makes me not as in love with him as I used to be.

We moved up the line, and we'd probably be able to get on the next one. Sounds of screaming girls filled my ears as they ran up to us. Some of them had tears running down their faces, and some of them had a blank stare on their face and to be honest, it kind of scared me.

"Demi, can you sign this?" "Demi, can we get a picture together?" Demi this, Demi that. And this is the part where I question her why she didn't bring Max with us.

"Yeah, of course." She smiled, grabbing a pen from one of them and signing all the shit they wanted her to sign. She took some pictures with them and gave a few of them hugs. I honestly wonder what it's like to feel love from Demi. They get to know what it feels like and they're not even related to her in any way.

After they got what they wanted, two of the crazy fan girls walked over to me, giving me the bitchest smile I've ever seen.

I crossed my arms over my chest, waiting to hear what they wanted to say.

"We just wanted to let you know that you should slow down on the McDonalds, because you're gaining a little." I saw Maddie's jaw drop from the corner of my eyes.

"Aw, aren't you lovely?" A sarcastic smile spread across my face. "Demi gave you what you wanted, right?"

They both nodded, giggling at each other before glancing at a shocked Maddie and then looking back at me.

"Kay, well, you can leave now. Because you're not wanted here, Demi hates you. Goodbye." I gently pushed them way, earning a scoff from each of them before they both walked away.

"Danielle!" Demi's angered voice echoed throughout the large amusement park, making every single person in the line probably look over at us and there were a lot of them.

"Demetria!" I mocked, rolling my eyes at my sister and looking down at my nails.

"That was rude! Don't talk to them like that!" I threw my hands up in the air, watching Demi shake her head and turn around to continue her conversation with Dallas.

"Fuck you," I mumbled under my breath before crossing my arms over my chest again. She was unbelieveable, I hate her so much. Was she not listening to half the conversation? Or did she only pay attention the part where I spoke? Or did she just not care?

"Hey, girls. How was it?" Mom asked as soon as we all walked through the front door. Demi hasn't spoken a word to me since the situation in the roller coaster line up.

Everyone answered my mom except for me. Proobably because I had headphones stuffed in my ears and I really didn't want to answer.

I unlocked my phone and checked the time. It was 10:43PM, and it was too early to go to bed but I really didn't want to stay up.

I stood up from the couch and pulled my headphones out of my ear before walking toward the stair case. "I'm going to my room. If anyone needs me I'll be up there."

Just as I was about to walk into my bedroom, Demi appeared behind me.

"Wait, Dani, we need to talk." I held onto the silver door knob, turning around to look at Demi. She can do all the talking, I'm just going to listen.

"Never say that to my fans again, that was uncalled for. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be here right now, so I suggest you be a little nicer."

Was she being serious right now? Her own fans were being bitches first, but obviously Demi didn't clue in to it. I'd never be rude to someone first unless they were.

I scoffed and rolled my eyes at my older sister. "You really need to pay more attention, Dems. Goodnight."

Before I had a chance to get into my room and close my door, she grabbed onto my wrist, pulling me back out into the hallway.

"What do you mean? Dani, stop it." She furrowed her eyebrows at me, letting go of my wrist.

I smiled at her, grabbing onto my door knob again. "Goodnight, Demi."

And with that, I shut my bedroom door and locked it, leaving it alone on the outside.
