Bright lights fill the sky lasting for an eternity it seems
And ending burning out suddenly
A burst of emotions
The climax of positivity
Lasting longer than than before
Spurts of going nova
Never lasting long
Always dimming too soon
The stars going nova
As I do too
The luminosity extends across the galaxy
And my whole world too
All that surround me will feel the glare of a bright new starThe months drag on and the stars diminish
Fading back to their original light
As my ego follows suit
My demand for your spotlight
Both subsidie
Like a star in the sky
I want to be seen
I just want to be seen
Like a meteor crashing through
I just want to be heardOver time I'll expend my energy
Supernova
Melting all around me
Pulling them into a black hole
Never to see my light again
But the dark holds our true nature
You saw me at my dimmest
Barely a glow
Like a star in the sky
The light is a lie
It masks who we areI am a Novaturient longing to be a true star in the sky
That you might look upon me and see my true light
Dim enough that I can feel the radiance of yours
Only me
Only you
The stars and the sky
Together we'll shine
