(Ve'Quell)
The smell of our love reminds me of roses, they are a beautiful sight but they still have thorns
Being caressed by the softness of our pedals, then reality punctures us at the base of our stem
Our love is untouchable and is awed by many
Our kisses are sweet but we are still flawed...

"Aye man, good game! I think you beat your record on most scored points in one game." One of my team mates said as we sat on a bench in our locker room.
"Thanks D, you played a good game too man." We both play college basketball at Syracuse.
"I got that sneeze you asked for bro." Haron whispered as he sat in between us.
"Dawg, what I tell you about bringing this to me here? How much? You want a hit Q?" Darell asked me.
"Naw I don't do that shit man." I shook my head at him.
"Give me two. You can have one just in case Q, on me." He gave Haron a hundred dollar bill and he walked away.
"I said I don't do that shit bruh, I'm good." I quickly got irritated.
"Take it." He put it in my hand and walked away. I threw it in my bag and walked out the building.
