Dan
"Bear?" I heard Phil's voice from his room. I had armfuls of random objects filling my span of carrying space. I entered the room to see that Phil had set up a camera on his usual spot in front of his bed and our filming lights were pointed down at where he was sitting. I set everything down on his bedside table. "Ready?"

I fixed my hair quickly before saying "mhm,".

"Hey guys!" Phil waved at the camera. It had occurred to us that he hadn't filmed in weeks and we had barely tweeted or anything. It had also occurred to us that nobody really knew where we had been or how we were. We decided it was time to tell the world about us.

"I know what you're all probably thinking. Where in the hell have Daniel and Phillip been?" I chimed in dramatically.

"Well," Phil chuckled nervously, "we've both just taken a bit of time off. It's been pretty hectic recently." He seemed to shutter, I knew he was thinking about the bit of trauma we'd had the past few weeks. "But this seems like the perfect time to fill you in on a few things and hear from you guys!" He pointed to the camera.

"And before you freak out and say-" I paused for a second, my finger raised towards the camera lens, then turning to Phil. I spoke in my nature voice, not directing myself towards the camera. "Do you want to clip to fans freaking out, thinking we're doing pinof early or something?" I asked him.

"Uh- yeah." He said back.

I nodded and continued, "well, back the eff up. There will be no cat whisker-ing today!"

"Should we start?"

"We shall."

Phil and I had already screenshot tweets from fans that we had thought were funny. We both pulled our phones out and began scrolling through the few that we picked. In a few seconds I lifted mine towards Phil and let him read the tweet.

"So a couple of hours ago Dan & I both tweeted out to send us some crap under the hashtag '#askdanandphil'."

"@phantrash2009 asks PLEASE DO THE THING WHERE YOU SWITCH CLOTHES." I read aloud.

"Why are you yelling?" Phil nearly yelled back, covering his ears as he spoke.

"It was- its..all caps." I responded awkwardly.

For the next couple of minutes we continued to read tweets and make plans about filming clips we would have to do later. Finally, Phil picked up his phone to read his last tweet. I knew exactly what this one would be. It was our big reveal, our relationship.

"This is a question that we get most often. Um- we're just gonna rip this one off like a bandaid." Phil said, "do you want to read it, Dan?"

"Alright," I said. We both looked straight into the camera, "why don't we say it together?"

"Is Phan real?" We both said. Our voices harmonized together, sounding rather robotically. We both laughed for a second before quieting down. "Yes, we're finally going to settle this. Well- uh..the answer is.." Phil looked at me, his blue eyes shining.

I joined in with Phil.

"Yes!"

"Yeah, uh- Phan is real...I guess. That sounds really odd saying on camera, doesn't it Phil?" I turned towards him. We continued to banter on for a few more moments before Phil began his outro. Phil put his hand on my leg as he spoke and although it seemed odd, knowing we were filming this, I felt a sense of love.

"I'm gonna do something," Phil said, now speaking to me and not the camera. He didn't say what it was but I stayed silent, intrigued myself by the surprise.

"Bye guys!" Phil said as he always did at the end, lifting his hands to cover the lens. Just before we went out of view in the camera he leaned in and kissed me. His lips were warm against mine. I could feel myself blush as Phil pulled away.

"Good?" He asked, his freckles more apparent with his face also blushing.

"Good."I replied.
