Phil's POV-
I pulled out my phone and opened the calorie tracker that I had recently downloaded onto my phone. I looked around the kitchen, my eyes falling upon the 3 different cereal boxes that we kept. When we had gone shopping this week Dan had picked which kinds we bought. He usually liked a healthier, "non fun" cereal like honey cheerios for himself. He would get something like Lucky Charms for me, he always thought of me when he saw boxes like that is what he had told me. And for the third box we would usually settle for something that we both enjoy, like Shreddies.

Dan had left me for to eat breakfast whilst he took a shower, a reoccurring routine that we had found ourselves in.

I picked up the box of Lucky Charms, turning it to the side to read the nutrition label. As I read the number of total calories in a serving I felt my stomach drop. I put the box back onto the counter with the others.

Too many calories.

You'll be a fatass if you eat that.

I grabbed my phone once again. I typed quickly into the browser, "pro ana tips", and waited for the results to come up. The first thing to come up was what appeared to be a blog. A website called www.myproana.com. The google search had even included a picture, a skinny girl. Her arms were a bit boney but she looked like a goddess.

Disclaimer, please don't actually google this website. I do not condone eating disorder behavior and I do not want to trigger anybody. This is not my intention. Again, a huge trigger warning towards this whole story. Please be safe friends.❤️

I clicked on the website, a plethora of tabs appearing.

Different categories made up the blog, it seemed to be a complete website for anorexic and bulimic tips and tricks. A community. I clicked on a comment that someone had made. A request for diet tips and tricks was asked and answered. Perfect.

Another account on the blog had left a complete diet routine for anyone who wanted it. As I read it, it seemed so strict. I had never followed a diet before.

I'll start slow.

I read the information of day 1.

Day 1:
Breakfast- Start off the morning by drinking a hot green tea for breakfast. This is a very low calorie drink that will not only boost your immune system but also fill you up for the morning!

This didn't seem hard at all.

This'll be fun.
