I know it's about a break up but it talks about I'm half a heart wthout her. How I need her.
I sit back down. Right in front of Katniss. She reaches over her desk and hugs me. I smile and turn and hug her back. We earn a bunch of awwws and they're so cute.
When calss is done I stand by the door and wait for Katniss. Delly comes up to me and kisses me. I push her off.
"Oh c'mon babe I know you sang that song to me."
"No I sang it to Katniss."
"Ya, so leave."
I turn around to see Katniss standing up straight. I walk behind her and wrap my arms around her waist.
"I'm all hers."I give a devilous smile to Delly.
She pouts and sways her hips. What a diva.
"That song was about me right?"
"Of course. Remember Kat? Half a heart."
I pull out my lanyard out of my back pocket and grab the half heart. Katniss takes off her necklace and we make a full heart.I smile at her and we are millimeters away from touching our lips together. I lean in closing our distance. When I'm about a millimeter away she turns her head.
"Thanks Peeta. Love ya."
She runs off with some girls. I stand there. What were these feeling building in my chest. That warm feeling I get when I touch Katniss or when I see her delicate smile. I smile at the thought of her. I guess its true.
I love Katniss Everdeen.
