Middle school
Today in music class we have to sing a song. I feel like I should sing a song to Peeta. He's always been there so I feel like I should thank him.
"Would anyone like to go first?"
"Um.....I would."
Yup I just said I would go first. I'm such a daredevil. Catch the sarcasm. I walk up on the stage and take a deep breath. I will do fine. I open my eyes and see a pair of blue ones. The ocean blue eyes that were my best friends, the one that protected me. So what I am trying to say is thank you.

I smile at Peeta but then quickly run off stage to return to my seat.
"That was beautiful Katniss. May I ask who that was for?"
"Uhhhhhh Ummmmmm." do I say Peeta. Sure what's the worst that can happen.
"It was for Peeta."
I see Peeta smile. He mouths out something but I'm not sure what he said.
Peeta P.O.V
Katniss sang beautifully. It's not the first time but I just love it. Miss Madge asks Katniss who she sang about. Probably like Cato or Finnick. Katniss and Finnick are practically brother and sister. I get sad inside wishing that could be me. She says Peeta.
Stupid Peeta I wish I was hi- Wait that's me. I look up and smile at her. I mouth I love you and I wish you were mine. But she looks away. Dang
"Well who wants to go next? Peeta darling why don't you go?"
"Um ya sure."
I walk up to the stage look at Katniss. It builds up courage inside of me.
