hey hey hey hey, first SAY HI BACK, and also don't hate me for this chapter please

I woke up to my alarm ringing and a pounding headache as I turn over to snooze my alarm. "Ughhh," I moan to myself remembering what happened yesterday.

Five minutes later, I'm up going to the bathroom and getting ready for the day. I came out of the bathroom 20 minutes later with a yellow crop top, white skinny jeans, and my hair in a fishtail.

I quickly grab my stuff before going down the stairs to greet my mom and sister. "Hi Mads and mom," I say to them as I sit down to eat my breakfast.

"Hey Kenzie. Is Johnny coming over to pick you up?" my mom says as I spit out my water. "Um no. One he has a girlfriend and two um we are having issues right now," I reply, mumbling the last few words.

My mom just sighs as Maddie stares at me with those eyes saying 'tell me later'. I just nod and wave goodbye to my family as I walk out to enter Nadia's car.

"Hi my favorite hoes," I yell as I get it, making them all laugh at me. "What's up my favorite mack and cheese," Ruby replies back as I giggle. "Heyyyy, now I'm hungry," Brynn whines as we all burst out laughing even louder.

We arrive to school right as the song ends. I sigh as I get out. "Hey what's wrong," I hear Lauren ask me. I mouth to her "yesterday" and she just nods coming by my side.

I walk into the school as all of a sudden I hear people whispering and staring at me as I walk in. My friends looked at me confused and I just shrugged, confused as well.

I arrive at my locker as I still see everyone looking at me. "Does anyone know what's going on," I ask my friends and they all just shrug. I turn to walk away as I hear a husky voice behind me yelling me to wait up.

I turn around coming face to face with the one person I wanted to avoid all day. Johnny Orlando. "Um hey," I say to him, looking at the floor as he comes up in front of me.

He lifts my chin up for me to look at him as I chuckle nervously. "Um, I just want to say I'm really sorry about everything that happened yesterday," he says to me as I see him mutter, "I don't regret it tho."

I was just about to reply when I see Sophia coming down the hallways yelling, "Where the fuck is Johnny Vincent Orlando!" I see Johnny nervously look down trying to be invisible.

I look at his confused as Sophia stomps up to us. Her face red, smoke coming out from her head. I back away nervously as she gives Johnny a death stare before looking at me.

"YOU KISSED MY BOYFRIEND," she angrily yells at me as I glance at Johnny, who was just playing with his hands. "Um no I didn't," I tell her as she becomes even more angered.

"SO YOU ARE TELLING ME, THAT ALL THESE WHISPERS AND RUMORS AREN'T TRUE?" she spits back out at me. I was about to reply, when I hear Johnny all of a sudden.

"I kissed her," he mumbles as Sophia and I both glance at him. "You pathetic. little. asshole," she replies to him before I hear her mumble into his ear, "Now you're going to get it."

"CAN I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION LADIES AND GENTLEMAN. I HAVE SOME NEWS ABOUT YOUR FAVORITE POP STAR, JOHNNY ORLANDO!" I hear Sophia says as Johnny tries to tell her to stop, which doesn't work.

"REMEMBER WHEN YOUR FAVORITE POP STAR LEFT TO GO DO 'MUSIC'," she says glancing at me. "WELL THAT ONLY 25% OF THE TRUTH."

'"TRUTH IS THE JOHNNY ACTUALLY LEFT BECAUSE HE HAD TO GO TO A MENTAL HOSPITAL BECAUSE MACKENZIE ZIEGLER MADE HIM DEPRESSED," she right there points at me as I start to back up.

I look over at Johnny who is looking at me sadly. Then I do what I do best.

I run.

I ran to the safest place I knew. Actually that Johnny and I knew. This was our tree house, and we haven't been here since he left.

I quickly run up the ladder before arriving at the top. When I got there I sank on to the floor, my tears coming out as if they were to flood the tree house.

"Why and How?" were the two questions I had. What did I do to make him depressed? What did I ever do to lose my best friend, the love of my live."

So I sat there and cried. Cried my heart away. Cried like I wanted the tree house to flood.

And the only two questions in my mind at the time

"Why and How?"

a/n DONT KILL ME PLEASE. this is very sucky but yall learned the truth about johnny off. lil spoiler for yall, the next chapter will explain how and why loLLL. anyways THE WHAT IF SONG COMES OUT NEXT FRIDAY AND IM YODELING. even tho they still didn't tell us if the music video is also coming out but i hope it does. oh and also i just started watching degrassi next class, and lowkey it's a good show. ok hehehee bye now. no i didn't proof read, like always and also this book is coming to an end soon :(

q ! if you had to choose to do photo edits of video edits, which would you pick?

a ! i would say video edits cause that's what i do now, but photo edits are fun too.
