So, uh, Singularity got me all sorts of Jungshook.

Tae is an angel sent from Heaven above. Just, you know, throwing that out there.

The second the doorbell rang, I felt my whole body tense up from anxiety. This was our first real date. And he was taking me somewhere nice, as he told me to wear a suit.

I fixed a few final strands of my hair before I sighed, headed to open the door.

Honestly, he took my breath away. More than normal. Hoseok should always wear a suit. "Fuck, you're beautiful."

I hadn't even realized those words actually came out of my mouth until he chuckled, placing a gentle kiss on my cheek. "You look absolutely incredible, Yoongibear."

"Oh God! Taehyung told you?"

Hoseok released a healthy laugh this time before extending a hand. I took it, lacing our fingers together. I locked the door before Hoseok lead me to a black SUV. He opened the passenger door for me, closing it once I was safely in the car, before he walked around to his side of the car. Turning on the engine, he pulled out of the parking spot.

The car ride was mostly a comfortable silence. I could hear the radio playing quietly, blasting Kanye West. I started to rap and sing along quietly, until I hear Hoseok snicker.

I turned to face him. "What?"

He shook his head, eyes focusing on the road. "I just don't understand how you are so amazing."

I felt my cheeks tint a light shade of pink as I looked down at my lap.

Hoseok parked the car outside of a fancy ass restaurant. I looked at my suit, frowning. "Hoseok, I am definitely not wearing a nice enough suit for this place."

He smiled at me. "You look fantastic. Let's go, we have reservations."

I took a bite of my steak, the flavors bursting into my mouth, making me tilt my head back. "Crap, this is the best steak I've ever had."

Hoseok chuckled, taking a sip of his red wine. "I'm glad you like it. My lobster is absolutely delicious too." He took a forkful and stuffed it in his mouth. "Do you want a bite?" He raised an eyebrow, extended the fork full of lobster in my direction.

I shrugged, leaning forward, taking the bite. I smiled. "That is very good."

The date continued with mostly small talk, as we were both enjoying our food way too much. He took the bill before I could even see it. I knew that the bottle of red wine alone was over $100. I tried to convince him to let me pay for some of it, but he refused.

Back in the car, he faced me, a wide smile on his face. "Could I take you somewhere else?"

I smiled back and nodded, walking his eyes light up, before he started driving. I watched my somewhat familiar surroundings fade to unfamiliarity.

"Where are we going exactly?"

Hoseok smirked, glancing at me quickly before facing the road again. "It's a surprise, Yoongles."

I chuckled. "God these nicknames are atrocious."

Hoseok laughed, turning onto a small dirt road. I raised an eyebrow as I watched us pass the trees around us. "I swear to God, Hoseok, if you're kidnapping me and burying me in the woods I will haunt you from Hell."

"Relaxxxx." He sang, reaching a hand over to grip mine. "I'm taking you somewhere special. You'll like it."

I sighed and nodded, finally accepting the fact that we're too far away for me to do anything anyways so I might as well accept my fate.

Finally, he pulled over in a clearing, rushing over to help me out of the car. Even through the darkness I can see his bright smile. He hopped on top of the hood of his car, guiding me up next to him. We laid down, our backs against his windshield, hands still intertwined. I listened to the quiet sounds of Hoseok's breathing, feeling serene. My eyes looked above me at the night sky, admiring the millions of twinkling stars. The sight was beautiful.

I turned my head to look at Hoseok. The light from the stars reflected off of his glistening skin. He was practically glowing.

Hoseok spoke, without facing me. "Why aren't you staring at the stars, Yoongi? They're beautiful."

"You're more beautiful." I said the words without thinking. Hoseok's head slowly turned to look deep into my eyes.

We stared into each other's eyes for a minute before he looked away, gazing back up at the stars. "You know what, Yoongi?" I hummed in response, not wanting to ruin the serenity around us. "We're not even dating and I could see myself falling for you."

Normally, I would be speechless. I would feel myself crawling into that dark space of self doubt that swarms me anytime someone compliments me or says that they actually care. Instead, I smiled to myself before whispering, "Me too."

This is so cheesey I swear.

I was going to make it a long chapter but I decided split it into two shorter chapters.
