"Ah, here we are!" Hoseok guided me through the door to the roof of the tall company building. There was a blanket on the ground, a picnic basket placed on top.

My lips spread apart into a wide, gummy smile. I giggled a little, something that is so incredibly rare to come out of my mouth, I shocked myself when it escaped my throat.

Hoseok faced me, eyes wide. "Woah! Was that a giggle out of Min Yoongi himself?"

I smacked him on the arm before laying my small body down on the blanket, Hoseok following quickly after. He opened the basket. "What do you want? Chicken ramen? Pb&j? Turkey?"

I chuckled. "I haven't eaten all day. Maybe all of the above?" I gave him the best smile I could muster.

He smiled brightly at me as he handed me all three, with a glass of apple juice. "I would've brought champagne or wine or something but I knew you needed to be fresh for your work."

"You're the best, Hoseokie."

"I would disagree, because you exist in the world, babe." His eyes met mine with a large smile, larger than normal. His eyes twinkled under the dim room lighting. "Babe?"

My heart did backflips at the nickname. "I like it."

"Babe it is then." He took a bite of his sandwich, motioning for me to eat. With some food still in his mouth, he spoke again. "What about... variations of babe?"

I raised an eyebrow as I shoveled some ramen into my mouth. "What do you mean?"

He shrugged. "I don't know. Like baby? Or babyboy?"

I felt a blush rise to my cheeks at the plethora of nicknames. "Whatever you choose to call me, babe."

This time, Hoseok blushed before he smacked me on the arm playfully. "You need to give me a heads up when you're going to be cute like that! I wasn't ready!"

I smirked. "Am I not already cute to begin?"

He rolled his eyes. "Yoongi, you know you look good and that I find you adorable. Now, do you want to spend our short hour together discussing how cute you are, or shall we talk about something else?"

I laughed. "I don't know, I like it when you compliment me, babe."

He threw the rest of his turkey sandwich at my face.

After we finished eating, we had a few minutes left before I had to get back to work, so he laid down on his back, pulling my head onto his chest as I wrapped my arms around his small waist.

"You know," he began, his voice sounding like a dream, "this is only our second real date."

I chuckled, realizing that he was right. "Wow. I feel like we've been on so many more already."

"If you wanted to, maybe you could plan the next date? Come up with something to surprise me?"

I felt my anxiety form a giant bubble in my stomach. "Um, if you want, sure. I can pay for the next one and plan it and it'll be incredible."

He pecked the top of my head before sitting up, bringing me with him, for obvious reasons. "We should get you back to Joonie."

I nodded, clutching onto the front of his shirt, burying my head into his chest, inhaling his musky scent. "What is it, baby?" He ran a hand up and down my back.

"I-I just wanted another moment with you."

I could hear him smiling as he gently pulled my body back, pressing his lips on mine slowly. It wasn't a long or hot kiss. It was only a few seconds, but it was long and deep enough to show that he really did care for me, and I for him. He pulled away, grabbing my hand and helping me up.

He guided me back to the studio, picnic basket in his hand. He gave me a hug and a soft kiss on the forehead. "Don't work too hard! I will see you tomorrow, and do not forget to text me when you get home, if you get to at all, of course."

"Goodnight, babe."

"Yoongi! Stop that!" He giggled as he skipped away, unable to hide the redness on his cheeks, ears, or neck.
