The elevator doors opened to reveal everyone from the office standing away from the doors, balloons and confetti being thrown from their hands as they cheered. I stepped out of the elevator slowly, Hoseok waddling behind me, his arms still around my waist.

"Hoseok, what is this?" I angled my head so I could see his face.

He smiled, pecking my temple. "This is our engagement party. Surprise!"

I laughed nervously as I stared at everyobe in the room. I recognized everyone from the office, but in the front stood Namjoon, Jungkook, Taehyung, Jimin, and Mr. Bang, who held a large cake.

"This is insane." I said it louder than I meant to, making Hoseok unwrap himself from me and walk so he was directly in front of me. He took a hold of both of my hands as he smiled down on me.

"I realized I never properly proposed. Here we are talking about our wedding without me actually getting down on one knee and asking those words." I watched as he kneeled down, the crowd going silent, except for a few excited whispers, most of which sounded like they were from Taehyung. Hoseok pulled out a box from the pocket of his jacket, the red velvet popping against his suit.

"Min Yoongi, we have definitely been through some shit." I laughed, nodding my head. I could already see the threat of tears in Hoseok's eyes as he continued. "But we still find our way back into each other's arms. That time we spent apart was the hardest year of my entire life, but it made me realize just how deep my love for you is."

He took a shaky breath. "I knew the second I laid my eyes on you that I wanted to spend the rest of my, hopefully, long life with you. Fuck, I told myself I wouldn't cry." He wiped the tears that fell from his eyes. "I had this whole speech planned and it's all going down the drain because I can't keep myself together. God, I just love you so much, and I can't wait any longer. Min Yoongi, will you, pretty please, marry me, so that I can call you my husband?"

I chuckled, the tears unable to be contained anymore. I shook my head in disbelief. "I can't believe you."

Hoseok winked at me through the tears. "But you can believe me enough to say yes, right?"

"Of course I'll marry you, Hoseokie. We're pretty much already married."

"You need to say the word." Hoseok opened up the box, getting ready to take the ring out to slide it on my finger.

I closed my eyes, taking in a deep breath, opening my eyes right after. "Yes."

The crowd around us cheered as Hoseok slid the ring on my finger, hugging me tight. He lifted me up, spinning me around before putting me back down on the ground, his lips meeting mine in a long kiss. The second he released me, I was tackled by Taehyung, who wrapped his legs around my waist like he used to.

"I'm so happy for you! Min Yoongi is getting married!" He dropped down, squishing my cheeks, forcing me to pout.

I saw Jungkook push his tongue into his cheek as he pulled Taehyung away from me, wrapping his arm possessively around his waist. Hoseok did the same with me, the jealousy affecting the dominant males.

"Congratulations you two. I knew that you would be happy." Jungkook raised the glass of champagne in his hands, a smile on his lips. Hoseok and I thanked him, going around the rest of the party, thanking everyone for coming.

"Yoongi." The voice behind me made me jump slightly before I turned, coming face-to-face with my ex-manager. He held up a small box, wrapped in gold paper with a red bow. "This is for you."

"You got me a gift?" My face scrunched together in confusion.

Mr. Bang ran a hand through his hair nervously. "Well, while this is from me to you, this is also a gift to Hoseok. He came to me and asked for this, and I knew that it was the least I could do."

I took the gift in my hands, still confused, but I let it go as I slid the ribbon off. I tore the gold paper, seeing a regular-looking black box. My eyes met the man in front of me's, and he nodded for me to continue. I took off the lid, seeing a single key , surrounded by black tissue paper. I took the key between my fingers.

"A key? Wow, how thoughtful."

Bang PD scoffed, crossing his arms over his chest. "That is the key to your studio. Hoseok convinced me to give you your job back. Just know that this is your last chance, screw it up again and you're done, got it?"

I smiled widely and nodded, my eyes meeting Hoseok's from across the room. He smugly raised his glass in my direction before taking a sip. I made my way to him, placing my arms behind his neck.

"Thank you."

Hoseok smiled brightly at me, his arms finding their home on my waist. "Anything for you, my fiance."
