Chapter 27

Jack's POV

The next morning

I Can't believe I finally asked her to marry me. It took me long enough. The boys have been trying to hurry me up for ages, knowing that it's what we both want. Daniel has already done the 'If you mess with my sister you mess with me' talk, as Em's mom and dad are kind of out of the picture now. We'll send them an invite, but I don't think Em wants them to come. We're going to tell everyone at the concert tonight and go live on insta for everyone who isn't there. I roll over in the bed to see Em asleep next to me. I play with her hair for a while, which surprisingly doesn't wake her up as it usually does. I look at her hand to see her ring, which makes me smile. After admiring her, I kiss her on both her tanned cheeks, then on her forehead, then her nose, then finally her lips, which wakes her up. She doesn't open her eyes, but she wraps her arms around me. "Good morning future Mrs Avery" I say to her. She mumbles something in response, then lays her head on my chest. We fall back asleep for a few more hours, until we're woken up by the boys continuously calling our phones. We both climb out of bed and Em goes and has her shower first. Whilst she's showering, I go and grab some clothes out for myself. I end up just picking a black Nirvana shirt and some black skinny jeans, because I have a shit ton of them. Once Em's finished in the shower, I go in and have a shower. She does her hair and makeup whilst I shower, then throws a towel at me when I get out. We both go and get dressed. She wears the same shirt as me, only hers is like a dress. (Outfit & makeup)

After around ten minutes, there is a knock at the door. I go and open it to reveal Corbyn and Jonah standing there. "We're going to get gelato, are you coming?" Jonah says. "We're coming" Em says from inside the room. She quickly throws a bunch of things into her purse, then rushes out to the boys. We walk for about twenty minutes, until we find a small gelato place. We'd already text the others to meet us there, so they're almost here. They decided to drive, so they need to park which could take a while as the town is quite congested. After waiting for another five minutes, the others finally show up. We all get gelato, which tastes amazing. Daniel manages to find a watermelon flavour, which he is most delighted about. I get chocolate and Em gets vanilla. We decided to stick to the basic flavours, as we know that we like them. We bump into a few fans who say they are coming to the show later. "We have something to tell everyone tonight" Daniel tells them. They ask what, but we refuse to tell them anymore. We take photos with them, then go back to our hotel. When we get back, we all go up to our rooms, freshen up then meet back downstairs in the lobby to go and get coffee before some interviews. The interviews go by quickly, but I'm asked frequently about my relationship with Em. We drop hints on the radio shows we go on about our news, but none of the interviewers suspect much.

Emilia's POV

After the interviews, we go shopping for a while and grab some lunch before the soundcheck. I buy myself a dress for later, so I can change into it after my set. We go to the meet and greet, then go backstage to wait for the show to start. The lights go down and I walk onto the stage. I do my usual performance, then exit the stage again. I change into my dress, then redo my makeup. (Outfit, Makeup & hair)

Just as I put my ring on, I hear Jack mention my name. I start walking towards the side of the stage, but don't go on quite yet. When he sees me, he walks over and takes my hand up in his, then walks me onto the stage. I hear the crowd gasp and I can feel their eyes burning into my skin. Dani is live on insta to show everyone else. Jack wraps his hand around my waist and I smile. "So, I guess by now you can tell, Emilia is going to have a baby" Jack says. This gets a scream from the crowd, so I guess that they're happy about it. "We have something else to tell you guys" He adds on, then looks at me. I nod, then speak into the mic that Jack has handed over to me "Well we're engaged now too" I hold up my hand and show them my ring. All eyes are on me at this moment, which makes me feel slightly uneasy. The rest of the boys start singing an Ed Sheeran song whilst Jack twirls me around. The crowd's cheers are deafening to our ears and I can see them singing along and dancing too. I feel tired out after a while, so once we've finished, we walk off stage and I sit down on a chair whilst the boys do the post meet & greet. Lots of fans come over and ask me questions about the ring, when the wedding is, and most of all, the baby. I answer them as best as possible, but I can't answer many about the wedding. When we get back to LA, we're going to find out the gender of our child, which is exciting. I think that we're going to get Christina and Corbyn to do our baby shower, so the gender will be a surprise for everyone else including us. The boys finally finish their meet & greet, so we go back to our hotel and order room service. Everyone comes to my and Jack's room and we watch a movie together. It takes a while for everyone to leave, but when they do I go straight to bed and fall asleep.
