GoodBye [ Jimin X Reader ]

Chapter 20

YOUR POV  (I'm just gonna call jimin oppa when you are talking and address him as jimin when you're not talking.)

Once I'm done preparing myself mentally, I went and took the customers order. I went to a table full of men wearing suit and tie and thought they are more civilized people and won't do anything. But boy I was wrong. I could smell the smell of alcohol from their mouth when they are speaking and their cheeks were bright red and they look drunk. When I was taking their order, a man came and....... touch my ass. But he didn't stop there. He grabbed my ass and tried to kiss me. Luckily I pushed him away and quickly went to the kitchen to place their order. I kept taking and placing orders for hours while trying to avoid drunkards doing unwanted things. I checked the time and saw it was already 7:30 pm, half an hour left to the movie date with Jimin . I already told my boss that I had to leave early on the first day of work and surprisingly the boss let me leave early. I bid goodbye and left the bar after changing to the clothes I bought especially for our movie date.

( and if you're wondering where she gets the clothes from , it's all her mums clothes and I know some clothes are quite plain or maybe not your type but bare with me as Yoona has cuts and bruises everywhere so she had to cover it and she's a nerd she can't wear too ..... glamorous . I understand as some of the clothes is also not my style ya know )

After 10 minutes of walking, the theatre was finally in my sight. I stood outside of the theatre so I could see him straight away. I checked my outfit through the door and waited for Jimin's arrival. After 15 minutes of waiting, Jimin has not arrived yet. 'Left 5 more minutes until the movie, Jimin oppa where are you?'  I thought, panicking. I took out my phone and texted him.

Jimin oppa❤️: Oppa where are you? The movie is starting!

I waited for his reply but no message. I waited and waited until a worker came and told us that we could go in as the movie is starting. I couldn't go in as I don't have the ticket, Jimin has it so I just stood there. All of the customers went in and the worker closed the door. I just stood there, waiting for Jimin to arrive. I looked down, playing with my fingers while waiting for Jimin patiently. I heard footsteps and looked up with a bright smile, thinking it was Jimin but my smile was immediately replaced with a frown when I saw it was not you. I waited for another hour until the movie ended and couples and customers were leaving the theatre. I didn't bother leaving as I'm scared that you will be disappointed when you didn't see me here. 'Maybe he's just late, or stuck in a traffic jam. I'll wait for a little longer' 2 hours have passed and you are still not here. My legs are sore from standing for a long time. I didn't want to dirty my outfit so I stood up instead of sitting on the floor. I've seen lots of couples come and buy the ticket and left after watching the movie. Everybody come and leave but you're still not here.

2 hour ...... 3 hours ...... 4 hours ...... 5 hours ......

I've waited for more than 5 hours just to watch a movie with you. I didn't mind waiting for so long, as long as you showed up, but you didn't. 'I really am madly in love with you park jimin' i thought while smiling sadly. After waiting for around 5 hours, the theatre is closing. I checked the time and saw it was around 12 am. Even after the theatre is closed, I still stood there waiting for you, thinking that you'll come and say"I'm sorry I'm late Yoona" but you never came. I stood there for another 1 hour until I felt something wet n to of my head. I looked up and saw it was raining. I quickly took my bag to block the rain from wetting my face as my makeup is not waterproof but the rain just gets heavier. I sigh and thought' Looks like Jimin oppa is not coming anymore' before running back home as I've already long past my curfew and trust me, my foster parents will "kill" me. I ran under the rain as I forgot to bring an umbrella with me and of course like every drama, I have to trip over a rock and fall on a paved road, making me scratch my knee and accidentally twisted my ankle. I couldn't stand as everytime I make a slight movement, my ankle felt like somebody is ripping my ankle off my body. So I just sat there, at the middle of the road, under the pouring rain, with a twisted ankle, scraped knee and of course a heavy, broken heart. I gave up trying to stand up and look around, seeking help. But all I saw is how the cruel world works. People looking at me with pity eyes but not bothering to help me, some pointed fingers at me and some even recorded while laughing at my state. No one bothered helping me. 'Why is this world so cruel? Why is everybody so cruel? Why am I living in such a cruel world?' I just sat there, confused as to why people could be so selfish and cruel until I heard someone shouted my name. I turned around and saw it was.........

I know this chapter is short , sorry . Compare to other chapters this chapter is way shorter which I'm sorry about . But I'll try my best to write more ❤️
