Chapter 18-Carnival

I sat on the couch, legs on Penny's lap as the TV ran. Over the four weeks that I had been here, we had surprising grown close. The killer clown may hunt kids but he can be a real softy. I had a book in my hands while he held some toy.

"Hey Y/N."

"Yes, Penny?" I looked up from my book, still keeping the book open.

"You're leaving tomorrow and I thought that we could go somewhere tonight before you leave, what do you say." I placed my bookmark in and set my book aside.

"Sure Penny what do you have in mind?" Penny's eyes filled with mischief as I slid my legs onto the floor.

"It's a surprise, just dress casually but nicely at the same time." I raised an eyebrow at his plain response.

"Okay...I guess I'll get ready then." I stood up and looked at Penny who nodded at my words, I picked up my book and walked to my room to get changed.

---Time Skip---

I stepped out of my room in a simple dress that I never really wore due to not having any chances too. I smoothed it out and walked down the stairs to be met with Penny at the bottom with a bouquet of...cotton candy?

"You certainly know what a girl likes Penny." I joked as Penny passed me the cotton candy, I took a giant bite and hummed at the taste.

"I think I just know what you like, just feed the dragon and you'll be fine." He smirked and nudged my arm.

"Hey." I punched his arm but took another bite anyways. "So where are we going?"

"No Sugar, patience is key." He took my hand and led me gently out of the house, I had to teach him that for he always liked to rush to places.

"Okay, Okay!" I closed the door behind me as Penny led me hand in hand to our unknown destination. I munched on my cotton candy as the two of us talked about random things that we show on our daily stalkings of penny's future targets. We turned the corner and my jaw dropped at the bright lights that stood in front of me.

"A CARNIVAL! I love carnivals! Thank you!." I latched onto his arm and smiled so big that you could probably see all of my teeth.

"No problem, I wanted the last night here to be amazing." He smiled down at me and began to lead me to the entrance where he paid for two tickets that gave us access to anything. The employee slipped the band around Penny's wrist before slipping mine on.

"Here you are darling, have fun you two!" I smiled and thanked him before Penny pulled me away.

"Hey what was that for Penny?" I looked back and smiled apologetically at the shocked employee.

"He called you darling." He crossed his arms over his chest like a child and I burst out laughing.

"Penny did you hear him, his accent was clearly from Britain. They simply talk like that." (Sorry if I offended anyone) I laughed some more and tickled Penny's sides in an attempt to make him smile, and it worked.

"Okay, okay let's go on that ride first."

---Time Skip---

I took the hot dog from the vendor and walked towards penny who was seated under an umbrella. I sat down at the table and took a bite of my food, Penny didn't want one because he and I quote 'got tired of human food for the day.'

"Hey Y/N I have an idea stay right here!" Penny ran away, leaving me in shock. A couple of minutes later an announcer stood on the stage in front of the tables.

"Ladies and Gentleman may I present to you Pennywise the Dancing Clown!" My mouth hung in shock as Penny walked out in clown form, his white outfit finally not dotted with blood, his hair neat and eyes in their kind blue shade.

Penny began to dance around, swinging his legs from side to side with his arms. He pulled a bowling pin from his hair followed by four more before setting them on fire and juggling them all. He left us all in shock as he proceeded to shallow them, kids cheered as they thought it was just a magic trick but I knew about his demonic powers.

"I need a volunteer from the audience...how about you pretty lady!" Penny pointed to me as a string of handkerchiefs flew out of his sleeve and around my waist. It pulled me onto the stage where Penny held me in his arms as I tried to balance myself.

"Can you lay down here Miss." I was led to a table my Penny and did as he told me.

"Now who wants to see me make this gorgeous lady float?" The children erupted in claps and screams. "I take that as a yes then." Penny looked at me, showing that he wasn't going to hurt me before pushing the table out from under me. I closed my eyes as I heard it roll away but opened them when I heard the audience clapping. I was floating.

"Now to prove to the adults here that this is real." Penny grabbed a hula-hoop and walked behind me with the hula hoop around me. Once again the crowd clapped. 

"Now the only way to save this woman from her floating state is with a kiss." Before I could respond I felt surprisingly soft lips on mine for a moment, when I regained the feeling of my feet on the ground I saw that Penny and I now stood on the table we were just at causing the crowd to go crazy.

"Give it up for Pennywise!" The announcer continued with the next act as Penny and I walked away, I was still in a daze from the kiss, wondering if this would shape the future in any way.

Hey everyone sorry for the wait, I didn't have much internet on the trip and decided to just wait for the typical Saturday to upload. The next killer will be Ghostface aka Billy Loomis as requested by RavenQueen1414, now comment what you would like to see with him ( Truth be told I have only watch the first Scream film so far and would like some help on the details) or any other killers in the future.
