ೃ⁀➷𝘈𝘳𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘒𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘳𝘴(𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘵𝘦𝘥)

Chapter 69-Dream World

I found myself on a delicate, fluffy cloud that when I looked down I saw that it was my favourite colour. As I looked away from the cloud and to myself I was slightly shocked to see me in a silky gown. It accented my skin and body wonderfully as it seemed to be floor length with a high slit on my left leg to my thigh. I couldn't quite tell since I was seated on the cloud.

I looked up and around me to see a clear sky above me and an ever nearing green field decorated in flowers. Soon the cloud was low enough for me to step off so I unfolded my legs from under me and stepped down. My dress fluttered around my ankles as the warm grass made contact with the bottoms of my feet, making me sigh out at the heavenly feeling. The breeze of summer flew around me as I watched the cloud raise back up. I looked around and saw what looked to be a path made from the flowers so I followed it.

This place was perfect, it was calming and gorgeous. The path led me to a quaint pond which I walked up to, gazing into the water to see myself with my hair all done up and my face in light makeup. I actually thought I looked pretty for once, I had never really felt that after the whole Aaron thing since he had cheated on me after all, making me feel inadequate but here I felt beautiful.

"You are beautiful Y/N." I turn to the familiar voice, Freddy stood there but looking very different to how he normally did. There were no burns at all, his face looked a lot younger and cleaner. His mannerisms were very different as he had a suit on but I simply shook my head at him as he read my mind and changed himself to his normal look but kept the suit. The burnt him was who he was now and I accepted him for that and he would have to as well. He may be able to control himself in the dream world, which I quickly realized this was, but in reality he had to be true to how he really looked.

"You are very handsome yourself Freddy." He shakes his head before offering me his arm.

"I have something to show you here Y/N, call it a welcome gift." I walk in step with him as he guides me to a book on a simple blue sheeted table. He gestures for me to take a look so I let go of his arm and take a seat. I raise my arms up slowly and trace the spine of the book with the tip of my finger, using my painted nails to sractch into it.

The book seemed slightly old, but it held a certain charm. The cover was a deep burgundy with gold detailing and on the front sat my name in gold cursive. I traced my fingers over my name before taking hold of the front cover, flipping it open to read the title. Y/N's Dreams. I looked up to Freddy to see him gentl smiling and nodding for me to keep going so I do.

I flip two more pages before gasping. It was a book, journal, diary or whatever it could be called of all of my dreams. As I flipped through I was reminded of all the amazing dreams from my childhood and the nightmares that had haunted me for days as a kid. Then the dreams switch to odder ones as a teenager with some cute ones of crushes I had which made me giggle at my foolish self for liking such people. I quickly flipped over certain embarrassing dreams from those later teen and early adult years if you know what i mean before getting to the bad dreams.

These ones were caused by Aaron, nightmares of  never being loved, not being good enough, not pretty enough filled many pages of the book. Other involved him cheating on me with different people, the people were all random as my mind tortured me when it found out he had cheated on me. It placed everyone who I had ever seen and then felt self conscious about myself as the one he was with. The one he was pleasuring behind my back, the nightmares had ended when I placed myself above him and they then turned to boring work and stress related ones. I had then realized that I had been crying when Freddy wiped my tears away for me.

"He'd not worth the tears and I've heard that you got him back for what he did to you, what if I told you we could get revenge on the one he cheated on you with. Huh, what you think about that?" I nodded hurriedly, excited to be able to get her back, that Secretary. I open my mouth to respond but before I can say anything I feel myself slowly waking up. Freddy can tell too so he simply smiles as I escape the dream world
