Chp. 33 A Web Called Scandal

Taehyung's POV

My ears rung and we all stumbled back in our hiding spots. What the hell?? I looked around to check on the others. I hope they didn't get hurt..

Nuri: What did I tell you guys?!!? There was something off!! I said, there's a beeping but you guys didn't believe me!!!

Yurik: We never said that!! We said that we didn't hear it!!!

Nuri: Sounds to me like you need to get your hearing checked. All of you!!

Jabari: Will you guys just chill out for once?! Did it not cross your mind that we loss all of the evidence to figure out who was behind Sooyoon's kidnapping?!?!

Honovi: What are we gonna do now??.. It was a lot of time and effort just to find the stupid car....

"Look, we'll figure out a way. Right now, we just need to start back at square one," I stated. They all sighed in frustration and grouped up.

Jai: Where do we look now??

Yurik: We just gotta be super observant in school.

Jabari: Who's known to cause trouble and hurt others??

Honovi: Hmmm.. Oh, remember that Suli girl who's obsessed with you?? She's like... super snobby and manipulative and rude.

Jai: You think she's behind all of this???

Nuri: It would make sense, considering that she's the type of girl to get everything her way all the damn time.

"We can't be too sure until there is evidence. For now, she's one of our suspects," I stated. Everyone looked around and nodded.

Nuri: Is there anyone else in school that's also psychotic??? Obsessive??? Possessive???

There was silence. The members were all thinking of possible students who matched the description. Who else would be like this??? Could it be...

Sooyoon's POV

I'm tired of staying in bed.. I need some fresh air. I got up from the bed and walked out of the room towards the front door. The boys were still off practicing and I'm stuck in this dorm by myself. The least I can do is just walk around for a bit. It won't get me into trouble, right?? I slipped on my shoes and closed the front door behind me. As I walked around and out of the building, thoughts floated through my head. For some reason, I can't remember why I was originally here...

What happened? What made the guys want me to stay at the dorm instead of my house?? Aren't the aliens worried?? Did they destroy the house??? Are they even still there?? What about dad??? Did he ever come back home?? My thoughts ran wild as I walked through the quiet streets. I looked up at the starry sky and sighed. I need to get my questions answered, but there's no one around who can help me with that.. My mind drifted to Taehyung and his deep voice echoed through my head.

I still couldn't get over how mad he was back on the rooftop. A guy that I've only known for a little more than a year. It seems like I've known him all my life. And to think that he's actually an alien... It still blows my mind.. You can say that he's "out of this world".. Literally. "Miss!!" a voice interrupted my late night thoughts. I turned around and gulped. P-paparazzi?!

Reporter 1: Miss, can you tell us why you were just now leaving BTS's dorm???

Reporter 2: Who are you , exactly??

As more of them approached, more people on the streets stopped walking and stared, trying to figure out the situation. I looked around nervously for a place to run to and hide in until they went away. The reporters continued asking questions about my relationship with the boys, flashing their cameras in all directions. I should've never left the dorm... "I'm sorry, but I can't answer any of your questions right now," I told them as politely as I could.

Girl 1: I can't believe they let a girl like her into their dorm..

Girl 2: What is she, a sasaeng??? Honestly, get a life.

Girl 1: Do you think she sneaks in there while BTS is sleeping and takes pictures of them??? How creepy!!!

What are they talking about???? As the crowd got louder with every question and statement thrown at me, I quickly slipped out from the group and ran as far away as I could. I looked behind my shoulder and saw some of the reporters run after me. What am I supposed to do?! Everyone is going to think that I'm crazy as soon as this goes into the papers!! I glanced over my shoulder but soon ran into a familiar chest. I stumbled and looked up. "Jabari???"

Jabari's POV

Isn't that.... Sooyoon??? Why isn't she in the dorm like she's supposed to be???? I looked behind her and saw a large crowd yelling and running after her. What the hell is going on?? Before I could look back at Sooyoon, her body slams against mine , causing her to stumble back and lose her balance. She looked up at me with her round chestnut eyes.

Sooyoon: Jabari???

"Why are you out here?? Aren't you supposed to be in the dorm with BTS???," I asked confused.

Sooyoon: They went to go practice. I just thought I'd get some fresh air since it was so lonely in the empty dorm. And besides, I've been staying there for almost a week now.

"Where the hell is Selik?? He's supposed to be looking after you."

Sooyoon: He wanted to watch the guys practice.

I sighed and pinched the bridge of my nose. I swear, he might be handsome, but he's dumb as fuck... The shouting behind Sooyoon gradually got louder. I looked up and noticed that the crowd caught up.

Reporter 1: Ah, that's Park Jimin!! Sir, do you know this girl??

I looked at him confused. Who's Park JImin??? The fuck???

Reporter 2: We saw her walking out of your groups dorm. Is there any specific relationship with you guys and her??

Girl 1: He's so much more handsome in person~!!

Girl 2: I feel so bad for the boys because this girl has been stalking them!! What a creep!!!

I turned to Sooyoon and she looks up at me. "What are they talking about??," I whispered.

Sooyoon: They're the paparazzi and they caught me-

Reporter 1: Jimin-shi, can you tell us your relation with this girl??? Do you know her??

I turned my gaze on the crowd. "You ask my relationship with this girl???" They all nodded. If they want an answer, then that's what I'll give them. I grabbed Sooyoon by the wrist and pulled her close to me, wrapping my arm around her shoulders. The crowd gasped in shock at the action and I smirked. Hopefully Sooyoon will play along to get these annoying flies off of our tails.

"She's my girlfriend."

Hello my fellow readers!! I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter!! Now, I know I said last week that I might've not been able to update this week because of finals, but I found some time to quickly put this chapter together. Honestly, I'm not entirely sure when the finals are, but I'll keep updating until I know for a fact when testing begins! Oh, and if you haven't listened to BTS's new album yet, GO DO THAT NOW!!!!
