It's one of the only things keeping me sane right now.

The world is crumbling at my feet,
I can feel the shaking and trembling.
I can't change this fact,
And it's so hard to accept.

Where has the time gone?
That I do not know.
What has it brought?
Pain and sorrow.

But is this really who we are?
Is this really what we've become?
We're not human,
Not anymore.

It feels as if this world has gone mad.
I can't do anything to stop that.
Why I've been going insane myself,
Nobody even seems to notice it.

I guess I'll eat the pain away,
Or something more harmful...
