Ding!
One notification.
You ignore it.Two hours later.
Ding!
Another one.
Once again ignored.Half an hour later.
Ding!
Once more the phone buzzes.
Still, you don't pick it up.You head to sleep.
7 hours and 23 minutes go by.
You wake up and finally
Pick up the dreadful device. You peek at the notifications.
None of them are text messages.
No calls.
No likes, comments, follows.
Not even a private message
On any social media platform.Your head caves in with thoughts — all clouding your weary head.
Notifications from apps you don't even use.

Don't rely on technology. It won't solve anything. It won't make your life better. Social media resides on a screen and therefore blocks you from the physical contact of other people. Ranting about it won't help because you only know it'll keep going on and on, get the help you need, if that is what you need.
