"would you be my girlfriend?"
I was shocked, I didn't know what to say. I only just met him but at the same time I do like him. What would TJ say, Harvey's 17 and I only just turned 15, I know that's not a big difference but considering what happened last time I had a boyfriend who was older than me I don't know if TJ will like this but then again Harvey is TJ's mate. Plus Harvey and Max are the popular kids and even though I just got here I can tell I'm not going to be one of them. At my old school I was the most popular girl, the one everyone wanted to be or wanted to be with, I'm pretty sure the only reason for that was I was bad, very bad and people seemed to admire it well more than likely be scared of it, it's not like I was a bully or anything it's just I wasn't very nice.
"I'll take that as a no?" he said interrupting my thoughts, sounding a bit hurt.
"no it's not a no, it's an I like you too but I don't know if I'm ready to date" he just smiled like an idiot at what I said. "What are you smiling about"
"You said you like me" I smiled and hugged him.
"You're a dork you know" I whispered in his ear
"A dork that you like" I laughed a little, it was cute that me liking him made him so happy. "Ash when will 'I like you too but I don't know if I'm ready to date' turn into a yes" I shrugged. "When it does can you tell me so I can ask you out again" I nodded. "Will we act like we're dating even if we're not?" I shrugged again, Harvey seemed to be asking a lot of questions, it was cute though. "When we date will it be open to my fans?" I shrugged yet again.
"That's up to you harv" he nodded and went quiet for a bit as if he was thinking.
"We should get you cleaned up so you can go to your next class."
"Do I have tooooooo"
"Yes TJ won't be happy with me if I let you skip a lesson on your first day"
"Pleaseeeeee we can stay here together and cuddleeeeeee"
"You're making this very difficult to say no to"
He said no, he made me go to class. He took me to the girls bathrooms and waited outside while I cleaned myself up. When I got to class I didn't do any work I just sat at the back doing nothing until my phone vibrated.
*text messages*
Harv:
hey beautiful
Ash:
hey harv, how'd you get my number?
Harv:
TJ gave it to Max and I
Ash:
okay
can you save me from class
Harv:
your teacher won't let me just take you
Ash:
just lie say something like...
the school needs to sort out my files

After a couple minutes someone knocked on the door, the teacher answered it and started talking to whoever it was.
"Ashleigh please take your stuff and go with this young gentleman to the office"
I looked at the door and saw Harvey with a cheeky grin across his face, I nodded and quickly grabbed all my stuff. When I got out the classroom Harvey held both my hands intertwining our fingers, I realised everyone in my class were looking at us so I quickly moved out of their view.
"hey beautiful"
I blushed slightly "hey Harv"
"Awww you're blushing"
I blushed even more and hid my face behind my hands
"Nooo don't hide you face it looks cute when you blush" he moved my hands away and kissed my forehead, I smiled widely, I probably looked like an idiot. "You're adorable"
"harveyyyyyy stawwpppp"
"Soweyyyy but can I not compliment my almost girlfriend?"
"no you can't"
"and why not?" he questioned a bit confused
"because your lying and lying is bad"
"I never lie"
"you just lied to get me out of class"
"Ash i would never lie about how you look, you are absolutely gorgeous even if you don't think it" he then walked me outside to a tree where he laid down against it, I also laid down but up against Harvey with my head resting on his chest.
I got to say even though I said I'm not ready I really want to date him. One of the main reasons I'm not ready is because I'm scared of what people will think I mean I'm the new girl who everyone has heard rumours about and Harvey's the popular kid everyone knows and adores. Harvey must of felt me tensing up or something because he wrapped an arm around me and stroked my hair making me feel more relaxed. Harvey made conversation and we just let it flow, talking about the most random things but it didn't matter what we talked about just him being there made everything feel better. After talking for awhile the bell rang and people began to file out of buildings talking and eating as it was lunchtime. Harvey and I stood up and I told him I needed to go to the bathroom, he pointed out where he sat and told me to meet him there, I nodded and wondered to the bathroom. On my way back I got a snapchat from one of the girls from my old school.

I didn't expect to see this to be honest because after I left only a couple of them tried to keep in contact the most I get from the rest is streaks. My thoughts got interrupted by a pair of arms wrapped around my waist from behind, I looked up and realised I was at the table Harvey told me to meet him at.
"hey babe"
"hi Harv" I turned around to face him and wrapped my arms around his neck, he kept his arms around my waist and pecked my lips then I smiled.
"hey shorty" I let go of Harvey and turned around to see Max.
"Max!" Harvey whispered shouted knowing that Max was trying to stir me up.
"all you need is pointy ears and you could be an elf." I clenched my fist and took a step closer.
"all you need is to say something else and I'll give you another bruise to match the other side." Harvey pulled me back and engulfed me in a hug from behind and whispered something to calm me down.
"did she give you that massive bruise Max?" one of his mates questioned as they all laughed a bit except Max, he just nodded.
"and how old is she"
"15" Max answered under his breath, they all laughed again. "So are you guys dating now?" Max asked desperately trying to change the subject.
Harvey shook his head and Max looked at us confused. "it's complicated"
"well i ship because you guys are cute together." I think the guy who said this was Tim but whoever said it, it made me smile.
They rest of the day went past in a blur, word got around that Harvey and I were a 'thing' and heaps of guys started hitting on me. I made some friends and apparently I was becoming popular, I thought with me becoming 'popular' everyone would forget about the rumours. I was wrong. They got worse, but at least I had Harvey. After school Max and Harvey walked me home, when we got inside no one was home so I got changed and left a note saying I was at the Mills house so TJ wouldn't worry.
