Today was the day we finally went to go explore BTS' hideout. The day I'd been desperate for, and also dreading at the same time. I didn't want to jump into a situation this dangerous just yet, but technically, we already had. We went an entire week without running into BTS, which was a big accomplishment. Other than that, we'd seen five members of Seventeen, but it was only a brief encounter. Their names were Jihoon, Jisoo, Jeonghan, Seokmin, and Seungkwan, as Jungkook had told me. I sure hoped we wouldn't encounter any more of them...

Suddenly, I was jolted awake by the sound of a door opening.

"What time is it..." I muttered, rubbing my eyes. Light was glistening through the small window, and I looked over my shoulder to see Jungkook waiting for me.

At the sight of him appeared in my doorway, I recalled my crying fit last night. I shook the memory off, trying to ignore it. Hopefully he wouldn't bring it up...

"Come on, there's breakfast in the kitchen, and we have a little bit of time to talk things over once more and gather anything else we need before leaving." Jungkook stated, and I groaned.

"How are you so... Wide awake?" I asked softly before yawning. For the past week, Jungkook had let me sleep in all I wanted before leaving. Now he was waking me up at the crack of dawn?

"I wake up when the sun rises." He replied, and I snorted.

"Good for you," I said, instead making a snotty remark. I could've, but based off of our conversation last night, I knew he would have something to comeback with, and shut me down again. I wanted to just forget about it, but I knew he wouldn't.

"Whatever, come on, time for breakfast." Jungkook said, and I sighed as I stood up. At this point, I was wide awake.

I sat down at the small table, and Jungkook pushed a bowl of Cheerios towards me. I vaguely remembered his choice to eat cereal last night before dinner, and shuddered at the memory. The more I thought about last night, the more I remembered our conversation, and what made me cry in front of him.

"Eat," he ordered, and I sighed before shoving a spoonful into my mouth.

After I finished, I grabbed my pair of boots from in my room, and then sat down on the couch, while Jungkook dropped two small knapsacks onto the coffee table.

"Okay, inside each there's a water bottle, a flashlight, batteries, and a pocket knife." Jungkook explained.

"Wow, fancy." I replied in a monotone manner.

"What happened to the girl last night who felt bad about all that shit she did?" Jungkook asked sarcastically, "I was starting to like her."

"Oh, that girl." I replied, "She doesn't exist before 10 am."

"I'm never waking you up early again..." Jungkook muttered, and tossed me one of the small knapsacks. "Come on, we're leaving now."

He headed towards the door without hesitating, and I followed without a complaint. Time to get some shit done, finally.

It was still very early by time we got to the downtown area, so there weren't many people out. It was good that we were alone, but if someone decided to take a walk early in the morning, they'd notice us pretty fast. And if that someone happened to be someone we were trying to avoid... Well, it'd be over.

Jungkook made a quick turn into an alleyway, and I followed. Why were we going this way? Weren't we supposed to be going to BTS' hideout?

Without a word, Jungkook pulled himself up onto a ladder that lead to the roof of the tall building next to us, and started climbing. I gulped. Did he expect me to go up there too?
