Part 32 - Things Happen Here

Suddenly Elena’s heart beats faster. She looks away, doesn’t know what to say. She never expects Harry to say that to her. She hugs her knees to hide her beating heart.

Harry’s still looking at Elena, hopefully she would say something.

“Why do you love me?” She asked softly.

Harry looks away and leans his back to the bed. Just like Elena does. “I don’t know.” He looks at her again. “Because you’re just different from any other girls that I’ve known.”

Elena bites her lips as her heart beats faster than ever. Harry really gets her. Again. Her face turns red that she has to look away so Harry can’t see it.

“I’ve learnt so much from you. You’re kind, the sweetest and really down to earth.” He adds.

Elena can’t think about another but Harry’s words right now. She never heard a person said that to her before. Harry has been so… gentle, kind and nice to her. It makes her remember the kiss that they did.

“I don’t know how to respond to that.”

Harry looks at her, smiles. “You don’t have to, Elena. I just want you to know my feelings for you.”

Elena looks back at him and tries to say something. “I.. appreciate that, Harry.” She smiles at him. Actually she’s feeling very happy inside. She doesn’t know why.

Harry sits closer to her and slowly puts his arm around her. Elena feels awkward at first but then she even gets herself comfortable with that position.

“Elena…”

Elena groans a bit after she feels someone stroking her cheek.

“Elena, wake up, sweetheart!”

She finally opens her eyes and clears up her visions.

“Wake up, sweetie. We’re going home.”

She sits up and rubs her eyes.

“Elena! Wakey wakey!” Said someone on the other side cheerfully.

She finally notices that it’s Louis, sitting in front of her. And Niall is on the other side.

“Hey, guys!” Said Elena sleepily.

“Hey, sunshine! Go prepare yourself, we’re going home!” Cheered Niall again, hopped to face Elena.

“What time is it?” Said Elena still sleepily.

“It’s time to go home!!” Niall said, jumping on Elena’s bed.

Elena giggles at jumping Niall.

“It’s almost 9 am, Elena.” Louis said as he’s about to order some foods for Elena’s breakfast.

“Today!! We’re going home!!” Niall shouted, still jumping on the bed.

Elena laughs at Niall’s expression and her body’s shaking because Niall’s jumping in front of her.

“Come on, Elena! It’s fun!!”

Niall pulls out Elena’s hands and makes her standing on the bed just like he is.

“Ready?”

She nods.

“1.. 2.. 3!”

“Aarrgghh hahaha.”

Niall and Elena shout cheerfully on the bed while jumping excitedly.

“Guys! Be quiet, I’m talking on the phone!” Louis said to them.

Now Elena and Niall are shouting cheerfully without any voices come out of their lungs.
