Part 42 - Harry's Secret Bestfriend

[Let’s go to Harry’s POV!]

I’m preparing for the stuffs that I should bring to the M&G later. I’m kind of worried about the arrival of mybestfriend, Kathleen, today. She’s going to arrive in a couple of minutes. I feel like something bad would happen later. I sigh, try to calm down.

Suddenly I hear the bell of the house rings.

I quickly get out of my room and shout, “I get it!” I then rush over to the door. I even left some stairs so I can be quicker. Fortunately, no one’s in the living room. Everyone’s busy preparing the stuff in their rooms.

I open the door and immediately smile widely, “Kay!”

“Harry!”

“I’m sorry to make you wait.” I said as I hand out some money to pay the taxi.

“Oh no. Not at all. I just arrived. Can you tell me what’s happening outside the gate? So many girls are sitting in front of your gate.” She asked.

“Oh they’re just…” I trail off, don’t know what to answer. “.. chilling.. I don’t know. Come in!”

I pick up Kathleen’s luggage, grab her hand immediately with my other hand and pull her gently in to the house. After close the door, I grab Kay’s hand again and take her immediately to my room.

“Do you live alone in this REALLY huge house?” She asks.

“Yeah-.. uhh.. no! I live with some friends.” I answered with wrong tone. “But don’t worry! They’re kind.”

“Why so quick, Harry?” She asks, starts to get annoyed.

“I’m in a hurry. I’ll tell you later.”

So just as Kathleen enters my room, her eyes immediately catch the window inside of my room. Her eyes get widened as she walks over to the window, gets attracted of the views instantly.

“Oh, my gosh! Harry, it’s London!”

“Yeah, sweetheart.” I said with a flirty tone as I put down Kathleen’s luggage.

“Stop it, you curly.” She said madly.

Haha. I always like to do that to her. With Kathleen being here, she immediately makes me forget about my sadness to Elena and Zayn of course. I then walk closer to her and hug her from behind. “I missed you so much, Kay.”

I can feel Kath is being uncomfortable. “I-.. I missed you too, Harry. But would you stop cuddling me like this?”

“What?” I let go of her immediately. “You’re my bestfriend. I have the right to treat you like that.” I said that as I look into her brown eyes.

She chuckles. “You’re still Hazza that I’ve known in my life.”

“And I’m not going to change.” I smile at her.

She smiles back then turns to the window again. “I can’t wait to spend my holidays here in London… with you, Harry!”

She turns her head happily to me. It makes me feel sorry to myself. I’m afraid that I’m going to disappoint her. “Well…”

“Harry! You better hurry up!” Paul just shouted from the door.

I get a bit heart attack.

“Who was that?” Oh I knew Kay was going to ask that.

“Uhm..” I rub the back of my neck to think. “It’s one of my friends.”

“You’re going somewhere.. with them now?” She asks, looking at me.
