Part 26 - Real Kiss

“What-.. no. Uhm…” He shakes his head immediately and moves away. “Will you… will you be there again watching us?”

“Uh…” I still get confused with his words ‘you do really look like her’. But I guess I should not think about it. “Yes. Of course.”

“Good. Because the audiences last night really wanted you to be on the stage.” He said barely under his breath.

I chuckle. “Really?”

“Yeah. They were like ‘GET ELENA! GET ELENA!’ but you were sleeping at that time.” He said, sounded poor.

I giggle at him. Even One Direction’s fans wanted to see me. Were they really shouting my name last night? Wow.

Niall is just taking off his shirt – catches my eyes. But suddenly Louis covers my eyes with his hand.

“Niall, for God’s sake! It’s not appropriate for you to be shirtless in front of Elena! She’s still 16!”

Niall freezes for a minute while everybody’s looking at him amusedly. “Sorry..”

“Uh.. Actually I’m 17.”

“I mean.. 17.” Louis said still with a serious face at first. “SEVENTEEN?!!” Suddenly all the lads get surprised and look at me. Louis gets off his hand of me immediately and looks at me weirdly.

“Since when are you 17?!” Liam asked, with a panic sound.

“Uhm..” Everyone including Zayn even look at me weirdly. “Yesterday..” I said simply.

“Elena, we’re your brothers!” Louis gets mad a bit with me.

“Why didn’t you tell us?” Harry asked panic-ly as he walks up to me.

“Guys. It’s just adding one age event. It’s not a big problem. I just turned seventeen, well I’m 17. Nothing’s great about it.”

“Well it is a big problem, Elena. It’s going to be a big news for them if they know. ‘One Direction forgot about their little sister’s birthday’ and they would think that we failed at being good brothers for you.” Louis said a bit angry like a daddy.

“Yes. I agree with Lou.” Niall approved.

Liam and Harry nod at me. Zayn still looks at me, silently.

I just sit here, I don’t know what to say but, “I’m sorry…” feeling guilty.

Harry grabs my hand and holds it. He smiles sweetly at me.

“Alright boys! Get ready quickly! 10 more minutes, okay?” Paul suddenly announces.

“Okay, guys. We talk about this again later.” Liam commands that everyone obeys. “Elena, you’re with Paul, okay?”

I nod at him. He ruffles my head before he leaves.

I hear all of the audiences cheering happily to the lads. Seems like they really enjoyed the performance. Great job, lads!

“So…” Louis starts saying something with his microphone. “Apparently Elena… who has been being our little sister since a week ago… just had a sweet 17 birthday.”

Really, Louis? I get surprised as I look at him gets a shame from my place. But it turns out that everyone is giving me a cheerful happy birthday song as Liam starts singing it.
